Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One part of cement, 4 parts of Coarse sand & 8 Parts of 40 mm nominal size metal ) for foundation using 40 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement, One and a half parts of Coarse sand & Three Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 2 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) using 20 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., and excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement grills for all RCC works in all floors upto full height of the building etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating and placing in position of M.S / Tor steel grills for R.C.C works in all floors including cost of Steel, cutting, bending, binding with 16 Gauge GI Binding wire and placing in position etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Form work including centring, shuttering for foundation footings of columns,mass concrete so as to give a rough finish shuttering and propping etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Form work for Sides of soffits, beams, landings, cantilever ridges and lintels not exceeding 1m in depth in all floors upto full height of the building and removal of the same for in situ RCC work etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement, five sand) using chamber burnt bricks for walls including cost of all materials, labour, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:5 (Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) (One cement, five Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc.,complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying approved colour and quality of Vitrified floor tiles 60 x 60 cm in Cement Mortar 1:3, 20 mm thick. The rate inclusive of cost of tiles, all materials, labour, white cement, conveyance etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Filling in basement with m.sand 15cm thick in layers including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing UPVC VENTILATOR (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm X 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm.The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with overall the edges of frame and shutter.The shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle.The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work. The rate including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants, conveyance, fixing in position etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting TWO coats with Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and colour over New Wall surfaces including one coat of alkalin resistance primer of approved brand so as to give an even shade. Prior to applying the primer, the wall surfaces shall be thoroughly cleaned of all grease, dirt, loose pieces, scales and make the surface even by applying wall putty and make good of the surface with sand paper etc., The cost including preparing the surface, all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Applying One coat of Alkali Resistant Primer and Two coats of APEX - Exterior Emulsion Paint of approved colour and quality over the New wall surface in all floors to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand paperes smooth including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of weathering course with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23cmX23cmX2cm in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) including all materials, labour, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Half Brick Masonry wall using chamber burnt bricks in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement, three sand) for partition walls etc., in Ground level including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing, Supplying and Laying factory made Chamfered edge Cement Concrete 60mm thick Paver block with approved colour, design & pattern of required strength, thickness & size / shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & patten over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver block to the required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand etc., including all materials, labour, tools & plants, conveyance etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Provisions for water supply arrangements and sanitary arrangement fittings for museum including all cost and conveyance etc complete. complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
