Filling the low lying area using dredging material / available approved material by cutting, loading, transporting by deploying required equipments like excavator, tipper, with all lifts and leads to site with an average lead of 1 Km., spreading in uniform thickness, watering, compacting by deploying required equipments like grader, roller etc., The rate inclusive of conveyance, tools & plants, hire charges for machinery, fuel charges, all labour etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earthwork excavation in trenches for foundation in sand and other loose soils not exceeding1.50m in width and including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom lift upto 1.50m including getting out of the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m and lift of 1.50m, cost including shuttering, strutting, bailing out seepage of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmentalofficers.

Supplying and fixing UPVC WINDOWS (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mmX58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with overall the edges of frame and shutter. The shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Providing and laying approved colour and quality of Ceramic floor tiles 30 x 30 cm in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)), 12 mm thick. The rate inclusive of cost of tiles, all materials, labour, white cement, conveyance etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)), 6 mm thick of wall tiles over the existing wall up to 2.50 m height by chipping the wall surfaces wherever required and fixing with approved colour and quality of tiles including all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:5 (Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) (One cement, five Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of 1000 litres capacity Sintex double layer water tank with approved brand including cost of PVC water tank, making connection with input and output water pipe line and valves. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) using chamber burnt bricks for walls in Ground Floor of the building including cost of all materials, labour, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Attending the repairs works in the existing door, window and ventilator with frame and shutters of various size at Residential Quarters using the available wooden planks / scantlings which will be issued by the department and same may be re-fixed at the original position. The cost inclusive of removing and re-fixing the existing door/window/ventilator with required fixtures, labour, tools & plants etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of chinnaware Wash Basin (White color) 550 mm x 400mm size with pedestal (parryware/Hindware) of approved quality with necessary fittings such as cast iron bracket, 1 no 15mm C.P heavy duty piller tap with pentagonal head, 32mm dia PVC waste water pipe and 15mm dia nylon connection, 1 No 15 mm dia G.M. wheel valve and fixing it with the wall with necessary plugs, clamps and screws, and giving water supply connection and painting the exposed pipe connection with two coats of paint of approved colour, including all labour, materials etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting TWO coats with Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and colour over New Wallsurfaces including one coat of alkalin resistance primer of approved brand so as to give aneven shade.Prior to applying the primer, the wall surfaces shall be thoroughly cleaned of allgrease, dirt, loose pieces, scales and make the surface even by applying wall putty and make good of the surface with sand paper etc., The cost including preparing the surface, all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing, Supplying and Laying factory made Chamfered edge Cement Concrete 60mm thick Paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern of required strength, thickness & size / shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & patten over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver block to the required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand etc., including all materials, labour, tools & plants, conveyance etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Writing letters or figure on any surface with enamel painting (stops, comas, hyphens and the like not to be measured and paid for seperately) of approved colour and quality for 10 CM height letters including cost of enamel paint, labours, scaffolding charges and cleaning the surface etc., complete complying with AISS and as idrectred by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabrication and fixing of GI Pipe Gate of Size 4m x 1.80m (Two leaf) using 65mm dia. GI Pipe "B" Class outer alround, Vertical 40mm dia. GI Pipe with 5 inch centre to centre spacing and 5mm tk. MS Plate of size 0.90m x 0.90m both sides - 4 Nos. for fixing Port Emblem with Vinyl Sticker. The cost including all materials, labour charges, fabrication charges, Clamp & Locking arrangements including one coat primer and two coats of Synthetic enamel paint, conveyance and fixing charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officer.

Removing the old paint from steel and other metal surfaces and making the surface even and Applying one coat of Red oxide primer of approved quality including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steel wool, scrapers and sand paper, cost of red oxide primer, brushes, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the steel surfaces with Two coats of Synthetic enamal paint of approved quality (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint, brushing, interior to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including all materials, labour, brushes, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Form work including centring, shuttering, (shuttering Planks shall not less than 38 mm thick) so as to give a rough finish shuttering and propping etc., in all floors upto full height of the building and removal of the same for in situ RCC work such as beam, slabs, lintels, sunshade etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement, One and a half parts of Coarse sand & Three Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 2 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) using 20 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., and excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement grills for all RCC works in all floors upto full height of the building etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating and placing in position of M.S / Tor steel grills for R.C.C works in all floors including cost of Steel, cutting, bending, binding with 16 Gauge GI Binding wire and placing in position etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
