Providing and laying of Granular Sub-base (GSB) - [Plant Mix Method] by mechanically and compacting in layers in each layer 125mm using stone aggregate by providing close Grading - I materials 53mm to 9.50mm at 50%, 9.5mm to 2.36mm at 20% and 2.36mm and below at 30% mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC and loading tippers conveying of mixed material to work site dumping and spreading in uniform layers with dozers and motor grade on prepared sub grade surface in stage to proper grade and camber and compacting with vibrator power roller 8-10 Tonne to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401 of MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing, laying, spreading Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) by mechanically and compacting to compacted thickness 250mm using stone aggregates as per Table 400-11 including spreading in uniform thickness of two layers of each 125mm tk., hand packing, rolling with vibrator power roller 8-10 tonne in stage to proper grade and camber including spreading in uniform thickness, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORT&H specification (Fifth Revision) clause 406 and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg. / Sqm. using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) including cost of bitumen emulsion, labour, T&P etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 Kg. per Sqm. on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical brooms including cost of bitumen emulsion, labour, T&P etc., complete as per clause 503 of MORT & H specification (Fifth Revision) and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification (Fifth Revision) Clause No.505 complete in all respects including cost of bitumen, labour, materials, T&P etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete (BC) with 100-120 TPH Batch type Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification (Fifth Revision) clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of bitumen, labour, materials, T&P etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc,.complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and Laying of Debonding Layer of 125 micron PVC sheet for road construction including overlaps over the upper sub-base including cost of materials & laying charges etc,.complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design (M40), transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of admixtures as approved, finishing to lines and grades etc., complete as per clause 602 of MoRT&H specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Form work including centring, shuttering for foundation footings of columns, mass concrete so as to give a rough finish shuttering and propping etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fabricating 38mm dia MS bars and placing in position as dowel bars for expansion joints as per details shown in the drawing and as directed including all handling, cutting, bending, all labour, materials, equipment, tools etc., complete. Dowel bar of length 500mm for expansion joints (one half of the rod painted with bitumen and greased to avoid bonding with concrete) including providing necessary PVC sleeve & cap, cotton waste @ 300mm c/c etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating and placing in position of M.S / Tor steel grills for R.C.C works in all floors including cost of Steel, cutting, bending, binding with 16 Gauge GI Binding wire and placing in position etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying bitumen sealing compound of grade 'A' conforming to IS 1834 - 1984 (or its latest edition) for Longitudinal joints and Contraction joints to a width of 10mm and 65mm deep for filling and including painting the edges of the joint with an approved primer all as specified and as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, fuel, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying bitumen sealing compound of grade 'A' conforming to IS 1834 - 1984 (or its latest edition) for Expansion joints to a width of 20mm and 25mm deep for filling and including painting the edges of the joint with an approved primer all as specified and as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, fuel, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement, One and a half parts of M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & Three Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 2 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) for RCC works using 20 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying of Hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms. per Sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35 for centre line and edge line. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc., The rate including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, incidental charges, marking for applying paint, brushes, equipments etc., complete as per MORT&H Specification No.803 (Fifth Revision) and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing Reflective Road Studs of 'Category - A' Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate / methyl methecrylate/ABS mouled body confirming to ASTM D 788 and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D 4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORT&H circular No RW / NH 33023 / 10 / 97 - DO.III, dt 11.06.97. The height, width and length shall not be less than 15mm, 90mm and 100mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sq.cm. on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in Table 2 of said MORT&H circular. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of dia not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less 30 +/- 2mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacture's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg. tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 and confirming to IRC 35 - 2015 guidelines and MORT&H specification (Fifth Revision) Clause 804 etc., complete. The cost inclusive of studs and other tools and plants fixing materials drilling holes etc., complete as per MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and installing of Delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers and object markers), 80-100 cm high above ground level painted at alternatively black and white in 15cm wide strips, fitted with 80x100 mm rectangular or 75mm dia. circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC-79 etc., complete as per MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) Clause No.806 and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing Retro - Reflectorised Cautionary, Mandatory and Informatory traffic signs (with definition board) - 60 cm equilateral triangle made out of High Intensity Prismatic Grade Sheeting conforming to 'Type - IV' standards of IRC 67 : 2012 and ASTM D 4956-09, specification and fixed over 2mm thick Aluminium sheet fixed over a back supporting frame of 25mm x 25mm x 3mm Mild steel sheet and supported on a mild steel angle post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm with a clear height of not less than 2.10m from the ground level to the bottom of the sign board and 0.60m below ground level. The sign post should be painted as per IRC 67 - 2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm size including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, machinery and labour with all leads and lifts, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the departmental officers. High intensity Retro - Reflectro sheet shall consist of minimum co-efficient of Retro-reflection as per Table 6.6 of IRC 67 : 2012. The Retro-reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 year warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67 : 2012 (As per MoRT&H specification (Fifth Revision) Clause No.801).

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One part of cement, 3 parts of Coarse sand & 6 Parts of 40 mm nominal size metal ) for foundation using 40 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One part of cement, Two parts of Coarse sand & Four Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 3 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) for RCC works using 20 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Providing and laying in position of RCC Grade M40 using batching plant transit mixer & manual placing in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded aggregates for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content and maximum water cement ratio including admixture (plasticizer / super plasticizer) in recommended proportions to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per Mix Design, excluding cost of reinforcement grill, fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Providing filter media with 6 to 20mm ISS size graded metal and well compacted in layers with smaller sized towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site including all labours and other incidental charges including hire charges for tools and plants employed etc., completed as per standard technical specifications 2504.2.2 of MoRT&H and as per the directions of Engineer in charge.

Supply of 110mm dia PVC pipes - 6 Kg.per cm2 at Maintenance sub division office including conveyance charges complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Form work including centring, shuttering for wall concrete so as to give a rough finish shuttering and propping etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Form work including centring, shuttering, (shuttering Planks shall not less than 38 mm thick) so as to give a rough finish shuttering and propping etc., in all floors upto full height of the building and removal of the same for in situ RCC work such as beam, slabs, lintels, sunshade etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting TWO coats with Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and colour over New Wall surfaces including one coat of alkalin resistance primer of approved brand so as to give an even shade. Prior to applying the primer, the wall surfaces shall be thoroughly cleaned of all grease, dirt, loose pieces, scales and make the surface even by applying wall putty and make good of the surface with sand paper etc., The cost including preparing the surface, all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and Fitting MS Grating for drain (Size 200mmX250mm) including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site including all labours and other incidental charges including hire charges for tools and plants employed etc., as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying of Mexican Carpet grass (Ready made sheet) at site for transplanting in the lawn area. The rate shall include transportation, loading, unloading of grass carpet along with underlying rooting medium without damaging the roots etc., complete and as directed by the including cost of Mexican Carpet grass (Ready made sheet), labour, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Note: 1.The rate shall include making necessary holes in the pad for fixing the same in to the dowel bars. 2.The joint filler shall comply with IS 1838 - 1983 or its latest edition.
