Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of BMS SOFTWARE: Web enabled Graphical interface software based on MS Windows 10 / Latest. The system should be accessible from anywhere on LAN or WAN or Ethernet without additional licenses. The Communication protocol shall be Industry Standard BACNET Open Protocol. System should be scalable. The software shall be open system architecture type which facilitates interoperability with other system over BACNET IP with complete control and monitoring functions. Software shall be certified and complying to BACnet Advanced Operator Workstation. The software shall have facility to define alarms for certain consumption values. Software should be BACnet standard ISO 16484-5 protocol 1.13 or latest. Required gateway/open protocol software compatible to Modbus RTU/BACNet.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of DDC CONTROLLERS as per Data point summary. The Enclosures shall be MS Powder Coated , IP 55 Rating for indoor; and IP 65 rating for outdoor Installations. The Enclosure shall be provided with mounting accessories for DDCs / and or IO Modules and Serial Modules- such as DIN Rails, Elmex Terminals for Cable Terminations, Cable Managers, Dressings for internal cabling, ferruling, tagging etc. PSU shall also cater to power requirment of the Instrumentation, Actuators and other connected equipment. Enclosure Shall be Complete with pilot relays, fuses, overload protection relays, auxiliary power output socket etc. as required to complete the installation and intended usage. Shall have Bottom Knockouts for Cable entry, and side vents for ventilation DDCs, I O Modules and Serial Modules shall confirm to Tender specs and design intent. Each DDC shall not exceed more than 24 IO ponits including spare, In a DDC Enclosure, there shall not be more than 6 controllers / expansion modules. The Enclousere shall be provided with UPS as per enclousere power Requiremnet. DDC CONTROLLERS : Automation stations / DDC Controller with I/O module etc., The controllers shall be NATIVE BACNET IP based. The controller shall be with 32 bit microprocessor, working in standalone or networkable mode, with real time clock and historical database & Peer to Peer Communication. The controller should have minimum of 24 IO Points with inbuilt Port for RS485 communication. The DDC's shall store programs and program parameters in non volatile memory. The DDCs shall be housed within a suitable powder coated MS enclosure complete with all protection, terminals, wiring and accessories as mentioned. [ Note: 1.
