COMMON NOTE TO INCORPORATE FOR DG SYNC PANEL & SUB PANELS
1) All ACB feeders shall be draw out type, MCCB feeders shall be fixed type . Refer SLD and BOQ for EDO / MDO/ Motorized breakers, Protection relays , meters and its all functional components
2) All the breakers which is above 250 A rated breaker should be provided with Microprocessor based release
3) The breaker which is feeding the power to UPS should be thermal magnetic breaker in all range.
4) All starter feeders should be provided with breaker which is suitable for motor application.
5) All Panels incoming breaker should be provided with microprocessor based release with LSIG.
6) All panels should complied with IEC 61439-1&2 ( DG SYN PANEL - shall be Fully type tested -TTA with internal arc test and complete test as per standard requirement & Subpanel shall be partial type tested panel complying IEC 61439 standard) and the manufacturer should have necessary type test certificates and the same to be submitted.
7) All breakers should have minimum kA rating as mentioned in BOQ. On non availability of specified breaker, immediate higher rating breaker must be provided. Panel vendor should consider all functional components for the complete satisfactory operations
8) All live parts should be shrouded by FRP transparent polycarbonate sheet of 2mm thick

9) All panels incoming breaker and outgoing breakers of panel should have over current, Time adjustable short circuit and earth fault releases (LSIG).
10) All LT panels (Except DG Syn panel) outgoing breakers should have over current and adjustable short circuit.
11) All panels incoming feeder and outgoing feeders of MPCC panel should have Dual source Multi function meter with energy consumption function with RS 485 communication port
12) Surge Arrester to be provided in all panels incoming feeder and the same should be connected to the main earth grid directly.
13) All panel's bus bar should be capable of either withstanding continuous rated Amps rating or to withstand the fault current for 1 minute, whichever is higher.
14) All the earthing busbar in the panel should be provided with same capacity for entire length of panel and the same shall be capable of either withstanding the fault current for 1 minute or half the size of neutral busbar, whichever is higher. 15 ) The busbar should be provided either based on the temperature rise limit or the current density of 0.8A/sqmm and 1.0A/sqmm for aluminium and copper respectively, whichever is higher.
16) All meters should be digital type and all relays should be numerical type with RS 485 /MODBUS communication port 17) All MCCBs should have LOTO provision.
18) All panel should have the provision to receive the pipe lines for proposed panel gas flooding system
19) All details mentioned at BOQ and SLD should be taken into consideration. Next higher side to be consider if the specified items obsolete /not available 20 ) All meter's looped into RS 485 MODBUS communication cable in series and terminated at common meter chamber for BMS feedback.

COMMON NOTE TO INCORPORATE FOR ALLDG SYNC panels: All the Outgoing feeder shall be ON/OFF/Trip indication lamps, emergency lockable push buttons, all ACB and MCCBs should have two (spare) potential free contactor for BMS monitoring, Combined digital type Multi function meter with RS485 port. All ACB feeders should have TNC switch. The rate shall inclusive of necessary CTs, control switches, Front operating handles etc., All switch boards shall be fabricated as per the detailed specification enclosed. Suitable size outgoing cable chamber and extra busbars should be provided for connecting the number of outgoing cables as per the schematic drawing. The board shall be fabricated for future extension of the panel board. The both incoming breakers should be with energy releases & will measure the following parameters such as current demand, voltages, instantaneous power, power factor, power demand etc. All outgoing breakers shall be with built-in microprocessor based release with overload, short circuit, earth fault, neutral protection,etc.
Incoming meter shall be with demand controller, Harmonic THD and individual harmonic display+ Regular parameters like V, I, KVA, KVAR, KW, KWH, KVARh, PF, Freq, Max, AVG All Outgoing Feeders in panel shall be with MFM monitoring V,I, KWH, KVARH, PF, Energy consumption reading with RS 485 BMS integration. All the meters to be connected in series thro' bus cable terminated at common meter chamber.
The panel should have the provision to receive the pipe lines for proposed panel gas flooding system
