Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, & testing of joints, providing clamps at 1.00 meter spacing and scaffolding, complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete etc, and as directions by the Engineer-in-charge.

Polishing of flooring mosaic flooring/ Skriting etc by grinding and honing of floor using diamond abrasives to remove all minor scratches to bring an even surface. Later hardening the surface with floor polishing powders. The floor will be burnished with 1200 RPM burnishes etc, complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing heavy quality 15mm nominal bore dia CP Angle cock of Jaquar continental model or approved equivalent make for wash basin inlet/flush cistern etc. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Samples to be got approved by the Engineer-in-Charge)

Providing and Fixing Homogeneous PVC tile, 2mm thick, conforming to IS:3462 latest edition in flooring and skirting (Polyfloor or approved equivalent make) in approved pattern, colour & shade on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesive of approved quality and manufacturer like Dunlop-S -758, or Fevicol SR 998, or approved equivalent including cleaning & preparation of surface, levelling small undulations with plaster of paris if required , rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg all complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on old work with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying vermiculate (light weight aggregate) concrete with a ratio of 1:4 (1 cement :4 helite aggregate ) /ready made EPS based cement concrete of grade M3 or above including compacting and laying etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
