PU INJECTION GROUTING
1. Holes of 10mm dia shall be drilled on the leakage/damp spot in the Ceiling of the R.C slab using a portable Electric drill and a non-return ball valve packer shall be fixed
in the holes.
2. Supplying and injecting PU based foam injection grout MEYCO MP355 1K or approved equivalent brand– through the above fixed packers using a High-pressure one component Resin Injection pump until point of refusal. In case dripping of resin is observed through the packer hole, then the same shall be temporarily plugged with Masterseal 505 – Instant plugging compound. Note: Whilst we recommend the simultaneous injection of Acrylate Resin Masterflex 810 to stabilize the leak zone, this additional process would involve the fixing of an additional packer alongside the one fixed as in (1) above and the Acrylate resin Masterflex 810 shall be grouted with the same pump but after 24 hours of injecting Meyco MP355 1K."
