Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth Level : (a) 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and placing in position factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC perforated drain covers, manhole chamber cover and of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100mm c/c on both ways, neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges, providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc including cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in – Charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (a) In cement mortar

Half brick masonry with non modular fly ash bricks of class designation 10, conformingio IS :12894, in super structure above plinth and upto floor V level. Cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:4, 12mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer – in – charge.

Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:4, 20mm thick finished with including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints, and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer- In-Charge.

SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer

Providing, mixing and applying damp proof coat on internl dampness of RCC or brick work plastering in internal walls and ceiling surface with Mixing ratio, By weigh of 1:1:1 (1 part of Base : 1 part of Hardener: 1 part of : Water) and as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge

Cleaning sunshades, roof building terrace gutters at all levels of various building, removing the vegetation growth, cleaning the drain pipes, spouts, removal of waste material if any periodically as and when required including necessary ladders and scaffolding arrangement, conveying the removed unwanted materials to the bins as directed with lead above 2km upto 3km, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of unwanted plants with main route at all levels, from wall / floors sunshade, gutters including floor& wall chipping and packing by concrete & , plastering etc as per site requirements including material , labour, scaffolding etc as per specification at all lifts and all as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and applying Painting wooden doors, MS grills with One or more Coats of synthetic enamel paint( Asian or approved brand colour and manufacturer) at all lifts over a old surface including cost of all materials, labour, preparing the surfaces, Removing the paint by scraping, rubbing applying primer and wood filler wherever required . All as per specification and as directed by the Engineer- in- charge.

Labour engagement for unmeasurable items of works such as masonry touch up works, cleaning works, mach furniture and materials shifting to enable taking up the renovation woks as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc, complete

Prepare surface and re - polishing the old wooden surface using approved quality & make French polish /varnish including bees waxing wood filler etc., and such other required materials, one or more coat to give an even shade.

Repair of cracked portion in the existing walls and making V groove, packing the cracks with necessary approved filler materials, curing, scaffolding at all levels and cleaning the area complete and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and applying wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. PU INJECTION GROUTING 1. Holes of 10mm dia shall be drilled on the leakage/damp spot in the Ceiling of the R.C slab using a portable Electric drill and a non-return ball valve packer shall be fixed in the holes. 2. Supplying and injecting PU based foam injection grout MEYCO MP355 1K or approved equivalent brand– through the above fixed packers using a High-pressure one component Resin Injection pump until point of refusal. In case dripping of resin is observed through the packer hole, then the same shall be temporarily plugged with Masterseal 505 – Instant plugging compound. Note: Whilst we recommend the simultaneous injection of Acrylate Resin Masterflex 810 to stabilize the leak zone, this additional process would involve the fixing of an additional packer alongside the one fixed as in (1) above and the Acrylate resin Masterflex 810 shall be grouted with the same pump but after 24 hours of injecting Meyco MP355 1K."

Polishing of Kota stone flooring/ marble flooring/ mosaic flooring etc by grinding and honing of floor using diamond abrasives to remove all minor scratches to bring an even surface. Later hardening the surface with floor polishing powders. The floor will be burnished with 1200 RPM burnishes.

Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in-charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding .and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge,including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts Involved.
