Fitter with 2nd class for all operation & Maintenance activities for carpentry and plumbing works to making support to plumber & carpenter taking tools, removal of blockages in stormwater drain, water pipeline & sewage line, shifting of required materials for the maintenance works from store to site, attending minor civil works and reporting to the maintenance supervisor for day to day maintenance and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (1). Contractor has to engage minimum of 1 (one) (Semi skilled Labour) for General shift everyday throughout the year excluding holidays as specified in the conditions of contract. (2). The required maintenance materials will be supplied by the Institute by free of cost. (3).The contractor has to arrange all necessery tools to complete the all type of maintenace works and day to day requirements. (4) One “Operation” means 8 hour’s work on the above said item.

Carrying out in Assisting day-to-day Data Entry Operations in making soft copy of various registers, scanning the tender files and original agreement, assisting in preparation of agreement by typing the rates in schedule of quantities quoted by the contractor and making agreement titles & covering pages, typing the new items in the estimates for preparing schedule of quantities in tender documents and assisting in preparation of financial CST after opening of tenders, assisting in tender related activities by typing notes like AA note, Part-II opening letters, typing of covering letters for agreement vetting, PG forwarding letter etc., as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- 1) The Educational Qualifcation required for the above activities is any degree (or) Diploma in any Engineering Decipline (or) 12th Std Passed with minimum 5 years experience in Data Entry works using MS office and MS Excel. Desirable: Knowledge of computer data processing. (2). One “Operation” means 8 hour’s work on the above said item.

Supervising of all civil maintenance works like water supply, sewage system, carpentry works & sanitary works etc., The work includs, inspection of all service area / wash rooms, maintaining all types of records for consumption & receipt of material, complaint book, making entries of all email complaints,work completion report signed by the occupant, works allotment to the carpenter, plumber, pump operator and helper and inspection of work after completion of the work, material checking, preparation of the duty chart, maintaining store stock register material, preparation of material requirements /consumption record for day to day requirement / consumption, followup with maintenance labours. And assisting to the Engineer and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: (1) The contractor shall engage technical personnel have Diploma holder in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years experience with computer knowledge using Ms office and Auto cad. (2). One “Operation” means 8 hour’s work on the above said item.
