Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 using 25mm maximum size graded aggregates including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Boring, Providing, and installing cast in situ single under-reamed piles of specified diameter and length below pile cap in M-30 cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring, with bentonite solution and providing bulbs in under-reamed piles, under specified diameter with the length of the pile to be embedded in pile cap and M-30grade concrete etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge . (Length of pile for payment shall be measured upto to the bottom of pile Cap) : (a) 300mm dia pile

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including scaffolding, pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.

(a) Concrete of M30 grade with minimum cement content of 350 kg /cum. All works upto plinth level

(b) Concrete of M30 grade with minimum cement content of 350 kg /cum. All works above plinth level upto floor V level

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for slabs, Beams and lintel sunshade etc,(any thickness) including removal of shuttering and props etc at all levels and all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including binding wire, cover block, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete at all levels and all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and constructing half brick masonry with non modular fly ash bricks of class designation 10, conformingio IS :12894, in super structure above plinth and upto floor V level. Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including suitable scaffolding and racking out joints and providing and placing in position 2 Nos 8mm dia. M.S. bars at every third course of half brick masonry all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and constructing brick work with clay flyash F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in superstructure up to floor five level in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including suitable scoffolding and racking out joints etc, and all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork /concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like trusses, purlins etc. with curved profile of members using MS hollow / circular / square / rectangular tubular sections including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: scaffolding and lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable primer shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture complete all as per specifications including scarping for removal rust from the existing fencing support and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including scaffolding, necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre etc. complete all as per specifications & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (cost of M.S. angle, shall be paid separately)

Providing and fixing GI steel barbed wire for fencing conforming to IS:278 type A1 and having 2.5mm dia, 2mm 3ply 4pointed barbed at 75mm apart including cost of GI bolts, wire, GI washers, scaffolding etc. complete all as per specifications & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled brick work/RCC concrete or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Dismantling barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing including making cutting and rolling and stacking within 50 metres lead and including scaffolding, wherever necessary etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.
