Operation and maintenance of 11KV /433V IMSc complex substation, 11KV /433V Pallavaram DAE Nodal center and connected equipments in Round the Clock Shift ( I, II, III and general shift as indicated in section-II point no 1.0). Maintaining in Round the Clock shift including general shift and carrying out operation and maintenance of substation and associated electrical equipments. Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of various HT and LT panel equipments and its connected feeders. Operation and maintenance of LT panels, PDBs, LDB's, UPS DB's, HT & LT breakers, feeder pillars, capacitor panels, regular auditorium and seminar halls audio and video equipments for various program etc.,Preventive and breakdown maintenance of Earth pits like cleaning, measuring of Resistance value. Preventive and breakdown maintenance / repairings / replacement of Electric motors, Street light fittings and garden light fixtures, Cleaning of ceiling fans, exhaust fans, light fittings, replacement of lamps, chokes, capacitors, terminal blocks at Junction box, gland work, termination and Shifting of ladders. Attending Day to day maintenance like fuse off calls, tightness of cable terminations, replacing defective lamps, cables, wirings, switches, sockets, ceiling fans, Exhaust fans, MCB, ELCB, MCCB, RCCB etc, at various places including all electrical lifts. Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of battery bank of all DG sets, all UPS batteris and lilavathy quarters inverter, batteries etc. Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of Solar panels including cleaning of solar panels. Operation and maintenance of of 1x500 KVA, 1x320 KVA, 2x250 KVA and 1x62.5 KVA DG set with AMF panel. Operation and maintenance of HVAC equipments Server room PAC units, Chiller plants, AHU's and its pumps, Package AC plants, water cooling towers and its pumps, water pipelines and various gauges, Split AC's, Casette AC's, Tower Ac's and all indoor and outdoor units. Supplying of uniforms, tools, basic electrical power measuring instruments, personal protective equipments like gloves, safety helmet, safety shoes, etc. Maintenance of various power recording log books, daily material consumption register, night shift log book, day to day shift various log books, AC plant maintenance log books, fire alarm system log books and as directed by engineer in-charge to maintain electrical systems healthy. Any other electrical works not specified above and emergency new electrical works including wirings are included in the scope of the work and the quoted rate is inclusive for this work.
