The required prior work experience for the bidder includes two main categories. Firstly, the bidder should have successfully undertaken installation and commissioning of any energy saving project with a minimum aggregate capacity of 2,900 KW in the last 5 years. Alternatively, the bidder should have successfully undertaken operations and maintenance of any energy saving project with a minimum aggregate installed capacity of 2,900 KW in the last 5 years. Secondly, the bidder can also be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) with manufacturing facilities in India or countries outside India, and should have successfully manufactured and supplied pumpsets with a minimum aggregate capacity of 2,900 KW under a single or two purchase orders, including 1 pumpset of at least 298 KW/ 400 HP capacity in the last 5 years. Additionally, other required prior work experiences include successfully undertaking works related to installation and commissioning of Combined Water Supply Schemes (CWSS) involving installation, testing, and commissioning of pumping machinery with a minimum aggregate capacity of 8,300 KW in the last 5 years, and successfully undertaking operations and maintenance of any CWSS with a minimum aggregate installed capacity of 8,300 KW for a period of at least 2 years in any of the last 5 years. The bidder is also required to have an average annual turnover of Rs. 40 crore or Rs. 100 crore in the last five financial years prior to the Bid Due Date, and a positive net worth as on 31st March of each of the last five financial years prior to the Bid Due Date. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder is required to provide details of their project experience. The minimum share of the Bidder in a Consortium/ Joint Venture should not be less than 26% to be eligible for qualification.
