The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in works of similar nature and magnitude during each of the previous five financial years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed execution of water supply scheme or satisfactorily maintained WSS/CWSS of value not less than 20% of the BoQ value excluding GST (Rs. 11.90 Cr X 20% = Rs. 2.38 Cr) in a single agreement, or 30% of BoQ value excluding GST (Rs. 11.90 Cr X 30% = Rs. 3.57 Cr) under two agreements. The bidder should also have physical work experience, including minimum aggregate experience in construction of Collector Well / Collection well / Infiltration well / Intake well / Jack well / Open well / off-take arrangements, Full Scale Water Treatment Plant, Pipeline in KM, RCC Water retaining structures, and pumping machinery pump sets, valves, etc. The minimum annual turnover required is Rs. 11.90 crore in the last five financial years, which is 20% of the value of work put into tender (Excl. GST), amounting to Rs. 2.38 crore (Rs. 11.90 Cr X 20% = Rs. 2.38 Cr). The minimum cash flow required is Rs. 2.98 crore. The bidder should also have specific key personnel, including a Project Manager BE(Civil) or equivalent with 15 years Experience, a Deputy Project Manager BE(Civil) or equivalent with 10 years Experience, and two Resident Engineers BE (Civil) / Mechanical /Electrical or equivalent with 5 years Experience for works estimated above Rs.50 lakhs. For works estimated between Rs.10.00 lakhs to Rs.25.00 lakhs, the bidder should have one B.E. (Civil) with 3 years experience plus one Diploma holder in Civil Engineering, or equivalent degree holder with 3 years experience plus one Diploma holder in Civil Engineering, or not less than one retired AEE/ADE plus one diploma holder in civil Engineering, or two diploma holders in civil Engineering with 3 and 5 years experience respectively. For works estimated between Rs.25.00 lakhs to Rs.50.00 lakhs, the bidder should have one B.E. (Civil) with 3 years experience plus two Diploma holder in Civil Engineering, or one B.E. (Civil) with 3 years experience plus two retired junior Engineers, or equivalent degree holder with 3 years experience plus two Diploma holder in Civil Engineering / two retired junior Engineers, or one retired AEE or ADE plus two diploma holders in Civil engg, or one retired AEE or ADE plus two retired Junior Engineers. The percentage of similar works completed is 10% for various components such as construction of Collector Well, Full Scale Water Treatment Plant, Pipeline in KM, RCC Water retaining structures, and pumping machinery pump sets, valves, etc. The values for these components are: - 10% of the total requirement rounded off to nearest integer but anything less than 1 would be rounded off to 1 only for construction of Collector Well / Collection well / Infiltration well / Intake well / Jack well / Open well / off-take arrangements - 10% of total requirement of 160 MLD for Full Scale Water Treatment Plant - 10% of total length of 1520 KM in MS/DI/CI/ AC/ PSC/ BWSC/ GRP/ (1520Kmx10%=152.00 KM) and 10% of total length of 4810 KM in PVC/HDPE pipe (4810Kmx10%=481.00KM) for Pipeline in KM - 10% of total requirement of 784.85LL capacity (784.85x10% = 78.49LL) for RCC Water retaining structures - 10% of total capacity of 11567.11KW (11567.11 x10% = 1156.71KW) for pumping machinery pump sets, valves, etc.
