Laying the above cable as per IE rules between the supply point to collection sump to Infitration well as per IE Rules etc. complete and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

Supply and delivery of Vertical type water lubricated statically, dynamically, hydraulically balanced turbine pump capable of discharging the following duty condition as given below due to all causes with surface discharge head conforming to IS 1710 and as amended as on date with accessories as per IS 5120/1977 (Reaffirmed 2011 ) and as amended thereafter to suit the site condition. The speed, Number of stages, sizes of column pipes and line shaft indicated is based on site condition prevailing during investigation. The pump should be supplied with non reversible ratchet pin housing safety clutch, suction strainer etc. The Pump Bowl assembly shall be with bronze impeller running at 1450 RPM. The pump includes suitable head shaft, suitable 1.5 metre long SS line shaft required No.. to suit the well depth, Rubber line shaft bearing of required No.., C.I Bearing retainer of required No.., 100litre HDPE Pre-lubricating tank with 20mm PVC Rigid pipe connection along with GM gate valves, Suitable ERW column pipe of each 1.5m long of required No.. to suit the well depth, Suction bell mouth of suitable size, M.S.clamps suitable for column pipe/line shaft -2 set and Spanner - 1 set etc complete.

Supply and delivery of Vertical Hollow / Solid Shaft Squirrel cage VFD compatible induction motor (IS 325) suitable for the above pump continuous rated SPDP - Class 'F' insulation, squirrel cage induction motor confirming to IS 325 for operation in AC, 3 Phase/50 HZ (±5%) 415 V (±10%) running with a speed of pump noted above and with in built thrust bearing assembly capable of taking up the entire load and non - reverse ratchet assembly etc., complete. The motor rating noted above is the minimum and shall be such that it should never be over loaded when the pump works at MWL condition and shall be 10% over and above the maximum HP absorbed by the pump. The motor offered should be energy efficient to have maximum efficiency at high power factor. Separate thurst bearing assembly could also be supplied to take up the down load. Floor mounting type air/ oil cooled Auto Transformer Starter with tapings at 50%, 65%, 80%, housed in robust steel chamber with arc and main contacts confirming to IS 8544 Part IV and as amended thereafter for operation in AC three Phase 50 Hz (+/- 5%), 415V (+/- 10%) with the following components etc. under voltage release with no volt coil,over load relay with dash pot arrangements, single phasing preventor, LED ON/ OFF switches, Mounted Ammeter, Earth leakage relay, contactor assembly suitable for next standard KW rating, incoming and outgoing cable entry provisions, transformer tank including first filling of oil etc.., complete and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

AC supply with TNEB test certificate and accessories duly banked with copper bus bars of ample current carrying capacity, sheet steel terminals, cable gland unit rating plate as per site conditions, tie rod, gasket, base frame and etc. complete with adequate size cable of required length for capacitors bank to maintain 0.95PF lead current to be provided with banking arrangements and connected to the main panel board with all accessories as per CEIG requirements ( as per IS 2834 make capacitor) The rates are basic rates with inclusive of handling charges etc.., complete and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers

Supply, delivery of DI D/F slanted seat Swing check valve. Body of ductile cast iron GGG 40 or equivalent grade and disc of ductile cast iron GGG 40 or equivalent grade with fully encapsulated EPDM rubber, where both faces can be used. Electrostatic epoxy powder/liquid coating (EP-P) inside and outside color blue RAL 5005 with minimum coating thickness of 250 microns. The EPDM rubber & Epoxy powder should be approved by W270. (EP-P) it is a resi-coat powder approved for drinking water application, applied through fusion bonding process by dipping the shot-blasted casted components heated upto 200deg. Face to face dimensions as per EN558-1, series 48 and flange connections as per EN 1092-2/IS 1538.

Supply and delivery of DI D/F sluice valves (soft seated) resilient seated soft sealing sluice valves with body bonnet of ductile case iron of grade GGG 40 or equivalent grade, wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM, replaceable spindle nut, without gland packing and with 3 o-ring protection on the shaft and seals of NBR and the valves should be of vaccum tight and 100%leak proof with face to face dimentions as per BS 5163-89 / ISI 14846-2000 / DIN 3202 F4. All the valves should be with electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside with pocket less straight through body passage. All the valves are to be compatiable for burried application with pressure rating PN 10/16 etc complete.
