PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10 (One cement, five sand and ten aggregate) using 40mm gauge hand broken hard granite stone jelly for FOUNDATION including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE 1:11/2:3 (One cement One and half sand and four aggregate) using machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works connected to this work excluding cenetering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement grills placed in position, but including laying, vibrating, curing and finishing, fixing fan clamps in the RCC floor and roof slab works wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of the wall at the sides and bottom of the slab, beams etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel/Ribbed tor steel rods for all RCC works including cutting, bending to required shape and placing in position, cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges, conveyance etc. in all floors complete complying with standard specfication.

Supplying erecting steel centering using M.S. Sheet of size 90 X 60 cm BG 10 gauge stiffered welded with MS angle of size 15 X 25 X 3mm laid over silver oak country wood joints of size 10 X 6.5cm spaced about 90cm C/C and supported by casurina props of 10 to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm Tk for all type of RCC roof slab, lintel, beam ‘T’ (or) ‘L’ beam landing slab, plinth beam grade beam, column footing sunshade etc (The retrived materials should be taken back by the contractor) and std. specification.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 using II class chamber burnt brick of size 8-3/4" x 4-1/4" x 2-3/4 to line level and to plumb on one face including necessary scaffolding, racking out joints curing etc., as directed by dept. officers and as per standard specifications.- 230 mm thk

Supply and Fixing of Galvalume Colot roofing sheet of 0.47 mm Thickness special type(Galvanised sheet) with approved brand qualoty including cost of necessary machine type screw, nut, cub washer, bitumen washer etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the department officers

Supplying and Erecting Pull and Push Type Rolling Shutter with ISI make of approved size and section 121 using 18 GI sheet. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers, transportation charges etc

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Kota stone slabs of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm with machine cut edges and matching marble slab not less than 100mm width other than Adanga Marbles as border laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments and polishing with floor polisher to a high degree of finish etc., The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Supplying , fabricating and fixing in position Aluminium Anodised Powder Coated Two track sliding window in all floors with Aluminium sections of outer Frame bottom 62x37mmx1.50mm at 1.218 kg/m,the Side & Top 62x31.50x1.50mm at 0.778 kg/m,Shutter Top 40x18x1.5 at 0.38 kg/m,Bottom 40x18x1.5 at 0.38kg/m, Side Vertical 40x18x1.50mm at 0.493 kg/m, Vertical locking section 40x29x1.5mm at 0.632 kg/m, with necessary accessories such as rubber beadings, special hinges, lock, handle including supplying and fixing 4mm thick plain glass including cost of all materials , labours, power consumption required for fabrication , drilling holes in RCC colunm, slab, masonry walls wherever necessary with power drills to the required extent and make good to the original condition after fixing and also as directed.The aluminium sections are to be anodised with matt finish under electrically controlled in accordance with IS 1868 / 1962 for an average anodic film thickness 15 microns etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing mild steel iron grill for Windows Ventilators and grill gate etc., including one coat of red oxide primer using M.S. angle of size 40x40x6mm and grill using 20x6mm MS flat and necessary hold fast with M.S. angle of size of 40x40x6mm - 230mm long spliced at end is to be provided appropriate places for fixing the grill etc complete complying with standard specification. The type design for the grills should be got approved by the departmental officers before execution.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:5) 12mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications (S.I.309)

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic Exterior emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.
