Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m & initial lift of 2m in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales,murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B, the surplus earth should be removed with a lead of 4 - 5 km by lorries / tippers as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with Crushed Stone sand filling in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.

Supplying and filling with red gravel of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two M-sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

For Column footings,plinth beam and gradebeams, etc,.

For RCC roof slab, beams, lintels, waist slab, portico slab, etc,.

For RCC Columns and sunshades etc,.

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two sand and Four hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

For Foundation and Basement

Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One Cement, One and half sand and three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

For Foundation and Basement

For Super structure in GF

Providing expansion joint at 6mtr intervels across the platform by cutting 6mm wide and full depth of concrete by coctractos own mechanical means and filling the gap with polysulphide sealent and adding admixtures recron 3s for crackfree construction at the rate of 125 gms pack per 50 kg of cement with all lead , lift and other incidental works etc complete and as directed by executive engineer.

Preparation of stock plan by using two coats of enamel paint of width 100mm including cleaning the surface, marking, tape fixing, all labour charges and all materials cost and all other incidental expenses etc.,

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand)10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Servicing the existing Fixed and Swing Ventilators including removing the shutters, glass, refixing the same with new hinges, replacing the damaged wood, glass, fixing the weld mesh with wooden reepers on outer side with rope, painting the same and make to the working condition etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Servicing the existing Rolling shutters including replacing the damaged bottom plate, leaves, spring, hood cover if necessary, applying the grease in the Guide channels, painting and make to good working condition.

Supplying assembling and Errection of Cantilever Trusses with Purlin for Rain Shelter arrangements for opening Rolling Shutters in Godown. There Candilever Trusses making with Mild Steel Hollow Tube Section of Size 50x50x2.50mm for bottom and Rafter members and cross members tie up with 25x25x2.50mm size of MS Square tube sections also the Two trusses tie up with 4 Nos of Purlins to a Length of 5.10m and size of 100x50x2.50mm Rectangular Section, the Purlins to be filled with required MS Cleat Angle, the roof shelter to be covered with Galvalume sheet of 0.47mm thick with required curved at the end of sheet and the rate inclusive of Cost of Materials like MS pipes, Angle, and Galvalume Roofing Sheet and required bolt and Nutts also including necessary masonry work to errected the candilever trusses the trusses and Purlins to be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer etc. Complete Complying with Standard Specification. ( The trusses and Roofing sheets should be got approved from the depatmental Engineers before use on Work.)

Painting old wood works with two coats of best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour ( the colour and quality should be got approved by the Engineer incharge before use on works) the rates inclusive of removing paint from doors, windows and wood works by manual labour including cost of brushes, scaffolding charges, finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers during execution of work.

Painting old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer incharge before use on works.)

Painting two coats of old plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic Interior emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a primer coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15cm diameter casuarina posts or best quality of bamboo posts of 4m over all length (3m+0.5m projection+0.5m upto the ground) the distance between the two rows being 1.25m and the spacing of posts being 2m in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5m overlap on either side and braces at 2m c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with silver oak planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc.,in a complete form using coir and nails,etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers during execution of work.

Upto 8m height

Providing, laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam with specified thickness specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base / Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5.

Supplying and fixing of 100x50x7.5mm MS Channel on the face of the rate guarding edge slab fixed with 16mm dia 45cm long bolt and nuts at every 2metre centre to from protection for the rate quard edge etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers
