Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (One of cement and five of sand) using Fly Ash bricks of minimum size 23cm × 11cm × 7cm including proper setting, curing, etc., complete in all respects in Foundation and Basement.

Plastering the walls with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One of cement and four of P-sand) 12mm thick including providing band cornice, curing, finishing, etc., complete in all respect as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the walls with two coats of approved cement paint over one coat of primaring coat of cement paint including the cost of paint, brush, scaffolding etc., in all respect as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one of cement, four of M-sand and eight of hard broken stone) using 40mm size hard broken stone inclusive of shoring, strutting, bailing out water, ramming, curing, etc complete in all respect as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, Ready Mix Concrete M-25 Grade in accordance with IS: 456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture (Plasticiser/super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accerlerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges,centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing etc., and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials.)

Supplying fabricating and placing the following kinds of steel grills for reinforcement Fe 500D Grade steel reinforncment bars as per IS 786:1979 for all reinforced cement concrete works such as plinth beam, lintels, beams, sunshade, roof and floor slabs etc., including cost of steel and fabricating the reinforcement grills in position etc., complete in all floors (The rate to include the cost of binding wire steel also)

Supplying and erecting in position LIGHT DUTY STEEL TRUSSES as per the drawing. The materials and design of the trusses should confirm to the relevant Indian Standard specification. The trusses shall be procured only from reputed manufactures of trusses with prior approval of the Buildings Engineer and a certificate to the effect from the reputed manufacturers shall also be furnished with design. The rate quoted shall include the cost of trusses. Base-plate with holding down bolts and nuts to RCC or Masonry works, roof purlins, rafters, purlin sleeves,the members fixing accessories etc., painting one coat of red-oxide paint and erecting in position etc., complete as directed during execution. The contractor shall also arrange to provide grouting for holding down bolts embeding the end purlins, to the gable wall wherever necessary etc., The roof sheeting shall project 0.762m from the eves purlins. For structures like CYCLE STAND, PARKING GARAGE, TEMPORARY ENCLOSERS.

Supplying and fixing MS flat of size 25mm X 3mm thick including cutting, threading and jointing with necessary specials fixing to wall with clamps and screws including making holes in the wall or drilling holes in roof and making good the wall or roof after fixing with necessary scaffolding etc.,complete.

Supplying and providing chain link fence with RCC posts.The RCC posts will be of 2.5m c.c.and of 2.75m ht.The posts will be100mm square at top and 150mm square at bottom 2.15m ht. above ground level and 0.60m below ground level fixed in c.c.foundation in 1:4:8 of 40mm size stone jelly used.The foundations is of size 45x45x90cm including sand and filling of 15cm ht.The fencing will be of chainlink 75mm size10 gauge.The height of fence is 2.0m after leaving 75mm gap from ground level including fixing the fence with the posts using G.I. binding wire etc. complete.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Providing and laying sand gravels mix 1:1 required thickness aluminium soaked CBR value as per IRC 37-1984 including cost and convayance of sand and gravels to the work site and stacking them to the standrad departmental matric gauge for pre measurment, mixing the required quantities of a sand and gravel,spreading watering and compacting the mix in layers of thickness by 80-100KN roller rolling to achive the required density including the labour cahrges for mixing spreading and other tool and palnts etc.complete as per clause 401 of MOST and as directed by the officers incharge.the slope of the court should be 1" to 10" in breath wise or length wise and should be finished neatly as per the standard specification.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with quarry dust/stone dust in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
