Providing form work for centering, shuttering etc., for all reinforced concrete work like slab, beams, lintels, loft etc., including shuttering, upto 3.00m high using MS sheet of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10, stiffened with MS angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5 cm (Spaced about 91cm center to center) distance and supported by casurina props of size 10cm-13cm dia (spaced at 75 cm center to center) and removing the same after a specified period without damaging RCC works in all floors etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers. (Slabs, Lintels & Lofts) For slabs, linets, beams etc.,

Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 (One of cement and six of M-sand) using Fly ash Bricks of size 230×110×70mm for super structure in the following floors including fixing the frames of doors and windows, scaffolding, proper setting curing etc, complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers. IN GROUND FLOOR

Providing Ellis Pattern flooring 20mm thick (Ellis pattern) with layer of cement concrete 1:3 (one of cement and three of hard broken stone) (No sand) using hard blue granite chips of size 3mm to 10mm and surface rendered smooth over RCC slab including supplying and fixing 20mm dia GI pipe outlet etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three P-sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering the walls with cement mortar 1:5 (One of cement and five of P-sand) 12mm thick including scaffolding, finishing smooth, setting, curing etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

White washing two coats using clean shell lime including the cost of lime gum brush etc.,complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers

Painting newly plastered wall surface with 2 coats of ready mixed exterior emulsion paint of approved quality have GLIMPSE of SPRING shade over a coat of priming of approved emulsion primer such as Asian (or) its equivalent brand including cost of all materials, putty wherever required, brusheds and other alied T &P required for the work and using of existing scaffolding etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing ABS door/ equivalent of 35mm thick factory made plain pre-laminated ABS (Acrolynitrile Butadiene Styrene) Door Shutter moulded in different designs, consisting of all round frame made out of water proof solid foam PVC bar of size 20 x 32mm, reinforced by 32 x 32mm - 2 Nos., for vertical made out of LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber), core material of 32mm thick high density craft paper honey comb board, sandwiched on both sides with pre-laminated ABS sheet thickness of 1.5mm. PVC edge banding of size 0.45mm on the vertical sides. Hardware made out of steel coated butterfly hinges - 3 Nos., for each shutter and ISI make SS round lock complete for finished item of work, complete complying with the standard specification. The door shutter and frame should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work etc as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing of Pre-painted Galvanized Iron Windows (Air Tight Model) with Grill and Glass, Ajanta Cave Model Window fabricated from roll formed sections made of galvanized steel colour coated / powder coated (Base steel as per IS 513 'D' quality, galvanized as per IS 277 with zinc of 120 grams / sqm.) with total coated thickness of 0.60mm. Paint specification: Coated sections should be with primer coat of epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with alkyd backer of 5-7 microns. Dimensions of sections: Sections for shutter should be of 46 x 46mm and external frame should be of 46 x 52mm.Section for glass beading should be of 18 x 25mm and centre mullion should be of 46 x 70mm. Fixing details: The frame and shutter sections should be cut to length and mitre joined with corner bracket made of CRCA electro plated. Mullion section should be joined with frame /mullion using nylon mullion cap. Ethyl Propylene Diamine Monomer (EPD) Gasket should be used all around glass in shutter between frame and glazed shutter and both sides of fixed glass. Accessories: Handle made of high grade aluminium powder coated and with nylon receiver. Gaskets made of Ethyl Propylene Diamine Monomer (EPDM). Corner brackets made of CRCA with zinc phosphating. Mullion caps made of glass filled nylon. Glass: Glass shutter and fixing glass portion should be provided with a glass of 5mm plain float glass. Grill: Windows should be provided with grill made of 10mm square MS bars welded to 12mm x 5mm flat at 4" intervals. Total grill unit should be power coated and fixed to window frame with screws. The above frame should be fixed to brick / concrete masonry by using nylon self-expanding caps and driving MS electro plated 80mm long screws into the caps through frames etc as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of SS bar screen consisting of 1no. of fine screen and 1no. of coarse screen, so as to remove the large sized solid particles present in the sewage water associated with a set of guide angles in SS flat of 3.0 mm thick and 10 mm wide kept inclined at 45 degree to 60 degree to the horizontal at 12 mm c/c with one no. handrack in SS Bar rack fabricated from SS bars shall be provided to cover the width of the screen chamber with a racking arm for manual operation as per IS specication of SS Grade 304 (IS 6911:1992) as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of 2 Nos. (one working + one standby) non clog Submersible raw sewage water pumps to pump sewage from equilisation sump to aeration tank at 10.0 cu.m / hr flow rate . The pump shall be suitable for solid handling capacity of 32 mm. Bleed - off arrangement shall be provided for the pumps . Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Alfa/ equivalent make UV sterlizer treated sewage water. The filter shall be suitable for 10.00 Cu.m / hr flow rate and designed to operate for 20 hours etc., as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of 1 No Monobloc type pump (1W) for pumping treated water to outlet. The pump shall be coupled to the adequate H.P. electrical motor and shall be mounted on a common base frame and the pump should conform to relevant IS code Specifications with ISI marking and with two year warranty from the date of commisioning and as directed by the departmental officers. (The pump shall be suitable for the following requirements: Flow rate - 20 Cu.m / hr Head - 38 mtr Make: Kirloskar Power: 5 HP)

Supply, fabrication, erection testing and commissioning of combined / common Motor Control Center Panel Board (MCCP) for all the pumps and panels. The MCC shall be sheet steel fabricated, finished with powder coating of approved color, and of floor mounted, free standing cubicle type with incoming MCCB - Phase indicating lamps, 250 Volts voltmeter, 250 amps ammeter , energy meter, phase selctor switches,TPNE bus bars and outgoing with MCB's, starter relays, over load, UV earth fault protection with time delay sequence operator etc. The panel shall have Voltmeter, Ammeter and indicating lamps on the incoming side and only indicating lamps for the pumps on outgoing side to indicate the operation mode. The panel shall be complete in all respects and prior to the supply, fabrication drawing shall be submitted for consultants approval. Panel shall be fabricated out of 1.5mm thick sheet steel frames and doors with 2mm thick sheet steel. The connected load is 20.69 kW / Hr and for continuous load is 12.86 kW/Hr. The Board shall be incorporated with the following:-INCOMING : MCCB with shunt trip coil, overload and short circuit protection operating handle, all other accessories. EARTHING : Earthing for panels, pump, blowers and motors. Supplying, laying, connecting and commissioning of 10 SWG enamelled copperwire with necessary clamps, screws etc. Supplying, laying, connecting and commissioning 8 SWG enamelled copperwire with necessary clamps, screws etc. as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of pipes & fitting treated sewage water. The airline header pipe will be only in MS. Duty : Connecting all tanks, pumps etc MOC : UPVC Inter unit pipe line : UPVC -Piping Sch 40 etc. as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and installation of modules for STP designed confirming to the norms of TNPCB. Modules use Moving Bed Bio Reaction (MBBR) principles and activated sludge. The treatment processes in the module are: Nitrification denitrification for nutrient removal aerobic biological secondary treatment (MBBR type) clarification in settler The plant will be Manual over ride, compact and skid mounted. The overall dimension of each module is so that it can be easily transported by road. The required equipment such as pumps, blowers, meters, control system etc. are mounted on the module and have easy access. Note: The module should not get rusted or damaged for a minimum period of 5 years from the date of installation. Any rust, damages and defects found within 5 years period, the contractor should rectify the defects immediatedely as directed by the departmental officials time to time. For supply and Erection of Packaged Sewage Treatment System (Aqua Bloom Box) with the treatment capacity of 200KLD MBBR System along with Treated Water Tank including Transpotation charges etc as directed by the departmental officers.(MoC: MS-EP 6 mm side & 8 mm bottom thickness)

MBBR Tank of dimension 6.7 m x 3.0 m x 3.0 m with the volume of the tank 60.30 cu.m an the flow of 10.00 cu.m with the type of attached growth system. The side plate thickness of the sheet is 6mm and bottom plate thickness is 8mm.

Clarifier Tank of dimension 3.5 m x 3.0 m x 3.0 m with the volume of the tank 31.50 cu.m an the flow of 10.00 cu.m. The side plate thickness of the sheet is 6mm and bottom plate thickness is 8mm.

Clarified Tank of dimension 2.5 m x 3.0 m x 3.0 m with the volume of the tank 22.50 cu.m an the flow of 10.00 cu.m.The side plate thickness of the sheet is 6mm and bottom plate thickness is 8mm.

Treated Water Tank of dimension 2.5 m x 2.5 m x 3.0 m with the volume of the tank 18.75 cu.m an the flow of 10.00 cu.m.The side plate thickness of the sheet is 6mm and bottom plate thickness is 8mm.
