Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 (One of cement and six of M-sand) using Fly ash Bricks of size 230×110×70mm for super structure in the following floors including fixing the frames of doors and windows, scaffolding, proper setting curing etc, complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers. IN GROUND FLOOR

Providing Ellis Pattern flooring 20mm thick (Ellis pattern) with layer of cement concrete 1:3 (one of cement and three of hard broken stone) (No sand) using hard blue granite chips of size 3mm to 10mm and surface rendered smooth over RCC slab including supplying and fixing 20mm dia GI pipe outlet etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three P-sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering the walls with cement mortar 1:5 (One of cement and five of P-sand) 12mm thick including scaffolding, finishing smooth, setting, curing etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the walls with two coats of cement paint of approved brand and quality over one coat of white cement including the cost of cement paint, brushes, scaffolding etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the new iron work with one coat of first class synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour in addition over the existing primer coat including the cost of paint patty brushes and scaffolding etc. complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers

Weathering course in concrete broken brick jelly 20mm size in pure slacked lime over RCC roof slab the proportion being 32:12 1/2 (Thirty two parts of broken brick jelly and twelve and half of slacked lime) laying to a thickness of 110mm and compacked and well beaten to 80mm by using wooden hand beater of weight not exceeding 2 kg hand beating sprinkling liberally with lime water and a small proportion of solution prepared by soaking kadukkai dry nut powder and jaggery (vellam) and giving required slope and thickness on roof etc. complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof slab with one course of Hydraulic pressed tiles 23cm x 23cm x 2cm using cement mortar 1:3 (One of cement and three of M-sand) mixed with water proofing compound at 2% by weight of the cement and pointing with the same mortar, finishing, curing etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of 110mm dia PVC Rain water downfall pipe of 4 kg/cm² conforming to IS 13592-1992 (Type-A) with necessary bends, shoes, cost of special clamps, coupler if necessary including cost of solvent cement, proper aligning, teakwood plugs of approved quality etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Filling with 40mm size hard broken jelly in drying beds in other similar works including cost of materials, labour charges etc., all complete and directed by the departmental officers.(For filter media)

Filling with 20mm size hard broken jelly in drying beds in other similar works including cost of materials, labour charges etc., all complete and directed by the departmental officers.(For filter media)

Supplying and Erecting Pull and Push Type Rolling Shutter with ISI make of approved size and section using 18 GI sheet. Supply and delivery of submersible centrifugal sewage non-clog pumps, vertical spindle type pump , wear resistance with submersible motor for the various duty conditions. Pump shall be capable of handling min 100 mm solid size with sewage specific gravity of up to 1.05. Pump shall be of robust construction, Liquid passages shall be finished smooth and designed as to allow free passage to solids. Pump Impeller should be of Non-clog semi open type , single vane / multi vane preferably contra bloc or vortex impeller design. Double mechanical seal with silicon carbide faces should be provided to protect the motor from ingress of sewage along the shaft. The critical speed of the rotor shall be at least 30% above the operating speed. Pumps should have double bearings between the pump & motor. The bearings life shall be minimum 100,000 hrs of operation with greased for life. Pump should be provided with automatic coupling device including pedestal, duck foot bend, stainless steel guide pipe or related accessories of suitable size to facilitate lifting and lowering into guide rails for easy maintenance. Pump shall be provided with a stainless steel lifting chain conforming to BS 970 Gr 304. Pump speed shall be of 9600 rpm for high duty pumps and 960/1450 rpm for low duty pumpsets. Casing and impeller should be of CI Gr. FG 260 :IS210 more preferably with hardened impeller. Shaft should be of stainless steel AISI 410. All the fasteners and bolts shall be of AISI 410.The submersible motor shall be operated with 3ph, 415 V(+or– 10%), 50Hz(+or-5 %) dry induction type. Motor shall be capable of giving rated output without reduction in the expected life span when operated continuously. The rotating assembly shall be dynamically balanced as per standards. The starting current of the motor shall not exceed 200% of rated full load current for Star / Delta or ATS starting under any circumstances .The motor shall be suitable for full voltage star delta / ATS starting. The locked rotor current of the motor shall not exceed 600% of full load current unless otherwise specified. Motor shall be designed to withstand 120% of rated speed for two minutes without any mechanical damage, in either direction of rotation. The motor vibration shall be within the limit specified in applicable standards . Motor should be of IE2, explosion proof compatible for VFD operation together with star-Delta /ATS starter, protection against increase in stator winding temperature (15 deg Celsius), bearing temperature, leakage in the stator housing and terminal box shall be provided and to be suitably interlocked with the control panel for tripping the pump in case of increase in temperature beyond set limit. Insulation class shall be of “Class H” and degree of protection shall be of IP 68 as per IS 4691. Motor shall be suitable for continuous operation in fully submerged or partially submerged condition. The pumpset shall be supplied with power cable of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, copper, flexible, round type with required conductor size and number of cores as per starting method and of specified length for continuous use under water and air. The control cable of PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, flexible for stator winding temperature sensor 3core x 1.5 sq.mm copper conductor and for bimetallic switches 2core x 1.5 sqmm copper conductor shall be provided. Motor shall be supplied with 10m of round submersible copper cable of suitable size etc.,complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.
