Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Bitiminuas Macadam using 0.20m³ of 26.50mm to13.20mm graded metal and 0.43m³ of 13.20mm to2.36mm graded metal, 0.08m³ of 2.36mm and belowwith 37kg of VG30/VG40 bitumen for premixing for 10m2 includingcost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site,heating the bitumen and aggregates to requiredtemperature and mixing them in required temperaturein CMP 20 to 30 T capacity coveying the mix by tippertrucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniformthickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidatedby 8 to 10 T Vibratory/Pneumatic roller to the required density etc.,including labour for attending to paver to site etc.,including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 - 30 tCMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher/9m paver finisher, Vibratory/Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including all other incidential charges etc., complete asper specification using CMP clause 504 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Tack Coat over WBM/WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for preparatoy to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying compacting open graded premix carpet 20mm thick with a liquid seal coat which shall consist of open graded carpet of 20mm thickness in a single course composed of suitable small sized aggregates premixed with bituminous binder (VG30) with appication of liquid seal coat for sealing the voides in a bituminous surgace conforming to the specifications including cost of material, labour charges. rentals for machniery, fuel and all other incidential charges etc., complete as per MORTH Rev-5 (Mix-in-place method)

Earth work excavation for foundation with all leads and lifts in all soils and subsoils to the required depth as may be directed except hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary refilliing the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15 cm thickness well consolidated depositing the surplus earth in places shown and levelling the site with all intial leads and lifts etc complete complying with relevant standard specification.

With initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m

Cement concrete 1:3:6 (One of cement, three of sand and six of hard broken stone) using 40mm size hard broken stone inclusive of shoring, strutting, bailing out water, ramming, curing etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officer

Providing and laying the READY MIX CONCRETE of M 25 Grade using Ordinary Portland Cement with a minimum cement content of 370 Kg/m3 with water cement ratio not exceeding 0.45 including the use of plastixer of approved make and dosage of required grade, laying in position at all locations and levels using 20mm size and down graded ISS HBG aggregates in all types of works, cost of sand of approved quality including hire charges for pump and pumping charges to the required location, machine vibrating, pumping, curing, providing fixtures like fan clamps etc., as required excluding cost of reinforcement and fabrication charges, centering and shuttering, mix details to get approved before commencement of the work adopting pour card system as per IS 456 / 2000 wherever necessary as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete in all respects

Providing form work for centering, shuttering etc., for all reinforced concrete work like slab, beams, lintels, loft etc., including shuttering,upto 3.00m high using MS sheet of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10, stiffened with MS angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5 cm (Spaced about 91cm center to center) distance and supported by casurina props of size 10cm-13cm dia (spaced at 75 cm center to center) and removing the same after a specified period without damaging RCC works in all floors etc., complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Supplying fabricating and placing the following kinds of steel grills for reinforcement for all reinforced cement concrete works such as plinth beam, lintels, beams, sunshade, roof and floor slabs etc., including cost of steel and fabricating the reinforcement grills in position etc., complete in all floors. (The rate to include the cost of binding wire also)

Filling areas to the required formation level using approved quality of earth (The filling earth should not contain more than 20 % of clay and silt). The liquid limit of earth shall be less than 40 % from any source outside the scheme area with a lead of 4 Km including cost of earth cutting the earth to required depth, loading, conveying by lorry, unloading at site of work including spreading in layers of 150mm thick watering and compaction by power roller filling to achieve the required proctor density of not less tha 98% including hire charges for all tools and plants, machinery fuel charges etc.,, complete in all respects and as directed by the departmental officers.

Removing rock outcrops excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m & initial lift of 2m in medium rock and dense medium rock not requiring blasting etc.,, complete in all respects and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying of hume pipes of 300mm outer dia , 45mm wall thickness, NP2 clause with collar the rate includes all charges of pipes, conveyance, fixing etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.
