Applying tack coat over unprimed WBM surface using 4.0 kg Bitumen Emulsion per ten square metre including cost of bitumen emulsion , Conveyance to site handling charges including labour charges for brushing, cleaning and preparing the surface for laying the coat and labour charges for applying the required quantity of bitumen including hire and fuel charges for tools and plants etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers as per as per clause 503 of MOST specification.

Providing and laying of open graded premix carpet with seal coat Type 'B' 20mm consolidated thickness using 0.18m3 of 13.2 mm IRC size HBG Crusher metal and 0.09m3 of 11.2 mm IRC size HBG crusher metal with 14.60 Kg of bitumen for premixing 10 sq of premix carpet and 0.06 m3 of clean good sand with 6.8 kg of bitumen for seal coat Type 'B' including cost and conveyance of metal and chips to the work site and stacking them to the departmental metric gauge for Pre measurement including cost of bitumen and all taxes payable which will be procured and supplied by the contractor himself including cost of conveyance of 80/100 grade bitumen to work site and all incidental charges etc., including mixing the materials with bitumen in the mini not mix plant for premix carpet only including spreading and consolidation by power roller, rolling including labour,hire and fuel charges for mini hot mix plant and other tools and plants employed etc., cost of all materials, labour charges etc., complete as per clause 509 of most specification
