Supplying, fabricating and placing in position the steel grill for reinforcement for all RCC works and other similar works etc., including the cost of steel, binding wire and labour charges for fabrication of reinforcement grills in position and tying with binding wire etc., completein all respect as directed by the departmental officers.

Flooring with ceramic tiles of approved quality, colour and design anti skid type joint free of size 305mm x 305mm x 6mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one of cement three of M-Sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement @ 0.40 kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing the walls using colour glazed tiles in cement mortar 1:2 (One of cement and two of M- sand) 10mm thick using best quality of glazed tiles of size 15cm. × 15cm. × 6mm. Including pointing with white cement using 0.40kg. Per square metre including finishing the joints and pointing flush with tile surface etc., complete including plastering the walls with cement mortar 1:5 (One of cement and five of sand) 12mm thick as base coat for the tiles including scaffolding, setting, curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (one of cement, two of M-sand and four of hard broken stone) using 20mm gauge hard broken stone for all precast cement concrete jolly ventilators 40mm thick excluding cost and fabrication of reinforcement grills but including precasting curing finishing and fixing in positionas directed by the departmental officers, etc.,complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing the both side polished cuddapah slab for cup board planks of size required, 20mm thick as directed by the departmental officers in all the floors etc., including fixing in position finishing curing etc., complete complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering the walls with cement mortar 1:5, (One of cement and five of P-sand) 12mm thick including finishing smooth, scaffolding, setting, cornice, curing etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers

Paving the floor with best quality Vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M-sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

White washing two coats using clean shell lime including the cost of lime, gum, brushes and scaffolding etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers

Painting two coats of approved quality of cement paint such as snowcem or supercem including the cost of paint brushes scaffolding etc in complete all respects as directed by the departmental officer.

Painting the new iron works of doors with one coat of first class synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour including the cost of paint brushes and scaffolding etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering with CM 1:4 (One of cement and four of P- sand) 20mm thick including providing band cornice, curing, finishing, etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers

Weathering course in concrete broken brick jelly 20mm size in pure slacked lime over RCC roof slab the proportion being 32:12 1/2 (Thirty two parts of broken brick jelly and twelve and half of slacked lime) laying to a thickness of 110mm and compacted and well beaten to 80mm by using wooden hand beaten of weight not exceeding 2 kg hand beating during liberally with lime water and a small proportion of solution prepared by soaking water in dry nut of kadukka and giving required slope and thickness of roof etc. as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof slab with one course of pressed tiles 23cm x 23cm x 20cm using cement mortar 1:3 (One of cement and three of P-sand) mixed with water proofing compound at 2% weight of the cement and pointed with the same l mortar etc., complete in all respects.

Special ceiling plastering for all RCC works in cement mortar 1:3 (One of cement and three of P-Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the RCC surface, providing necessary water band using the same mix of mortar wherever necessary proper finishing, curing, scaffolding etc., complete with relevant standard specification, complete in all respect as directed by the departmental officer.

Supplying and fixing of Oriya type water closet 45cm with 'P' or 'S' trap (White glazed) earthern ware best (IN ALL FLOORS OTHER THAN GROUND FLOOR) including concrete packing fixing filling the sink portion with stone jelly lime concrete 32:12 1/2 (Thirty two parts of broken stone jelly and twelve and half of lime (no sand) using 20mm size broken stone jelly and plastering the top of flooring with cement mortar 1:4 (one of cement and four of sand) 12mm thick including plastering the sides of sink portion in cement mortar 1:3 (One of cement and three of sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound 4 lbs/cft in cement applying one coat of britex solution including curing for the sides and bottom of the sink portion, curing etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers..

Supplying and fixing the S.W. gulley of 150mm x 100mm size with cort irion double gratingas and plain properly setting curing etc. complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of 110mm dia PVC soil pipe of 6kg / cm2 of approved quality confirming to IsI13592/1992 with ISI Monogram packing the joints with hemp yarn and cement including fixing into walls with necessary wooden plugs and holding down clamps, dismantling and making good of the dismantled portion with necessary connection to the sanitary fittings painted with two coats of anti-corrosive paint including testing etc., complete in all respects.

Supplying and fixing of 110mm dia PVC rain water down fall pipe 4kg/cm2 with 2 nos of PVC bend & pipes with necessary clamps couplers gratings, teak wood plug etc., complete including fixing in proper position with solvent cement etc., including making good of the dismantled portion complete to the relevant std specifications etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers
