Filling in foundation and basement with sand in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick well watered rammed and consolidated complying with relevant standard specification including the cost of supplying river sand etc., complete in all respects as directed

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one of cement, four of M sand and eight of hard broken stone) using 40mm size hard broken stone for foundation inclusive of shoring, strutting, bailing out water, ramming, curing, etc complete as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and laying in position, RMC M-25 Grade in accordance using 20mm with IS:456-2000, and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3'3 cu'm') 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu'm') 7670 kg' of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Providing form work for centering, shuttering etc., for plane surface of all reinforced concrete work such as slab, beams, lintels, loft etc., including shuttering,upto 3.00mm high using MS sheet of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10, stiffened with MS angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5 cm (Spaced about 91cm center to center) distance and supported by casurina props of size 10cm-13cm dia (spaced at 75 cm center to center) and removing the same after a specified period without damaging RCC works in all floors etc., complete as directed by the departmental officer for RCC plane surface like lintel, roof slab, s/c waist slab, midlanding slab, lintel, loft etc.,

Fabricating and placing the following kinds of steel grills Fe 500 D grade steel reinforcement bars as per IS 786-1979 for all reinforced cement concrete works such as plinth beam, lintels, beams, sunshade, roof and floor slabs etc., including cost of steel and fabricating the reinforcement grills in position etc., complete in all floors (The rate to include the cost of binding wire steel also)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (One of cement and three of P sand) 20mm thick with necessary water proofing compound at the rate of 1.06 kg/ 10M² including finishing smooth, proper setting, curing etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Ellis Pattern flooring 20mm thick (Ellis pattern) with layer of cement concrete 1:3 (one of cement and three of hard broken stone) (No sand) using hard blue granite chips of size 3mm to 10mm and surface rendered smooth over RCC slab including supplying and fixing 20mm dia GI pipe outlet etc., complete in all respects.

Stucco plastering 12mm thick in CM 1:3(one ofcement and three of chips) using hard bluegranite chips of size 10mm and below, over theexisting plastered surface including properfinishing curing etc., complete as directed bythe departmental officers

Painting the walls with two coats of cement paint over one coat of primer including cost oflime,gum, brushes, scaffolding, etc.,completein all respects.

Supply and delivery of Open well Submersible pump set conforming to IS 14220 /2002 and as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging the following duties due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze mixed type impeller, CI FG 200 grade casing and brass screws and rotor shall be of copper rod as per IS 613/1984 with ISI mark. The pump suitable for installation in sump with 1.1KV grade 3 core suitable copper flat submersible cable to a length of 15m with necessary cable joints. The non-return valve located at the top of the pump in the discharge outlet connection is to be designed with minimum friction. The pump should be directly coupled to 2880 RPM, three phase, 50 Hz (±5), 415V+6% & 415V-15% squirrel cage induction motor suitable for DOL upto 5 HP, Fully Automatic Air break Star Delta up to 20 HP and Auto Transformer starter for above 20 HP starting and for continuous operation..duty( 50 *125)lpm *M

Supply and run of 3 core 4 sq.mm ( 56/0.3) PVC insulated and sheathed flat type cable confirming to IS 694/1990 for submersible pumpset with ISI mark for inside of the borewell etc.all complete Below level

Supply and delivery of direct online starter confirming to IS13947,IEC 60947-1 suitable KW rating for operation i AC/three Phase/50HZ(± 5%)and 415 V(±10%) including Ammeter, Voltmeter, Thermal Overload relay, 16amps 2 pole Magnetic Contactor with under Voltage rotection,Indicationlamp, starting capacitor, running capacitor and On/Off Push button switches,5 way connector, wiring with 1 sq. mm/1.5 sq. mm copper PVC insulatedcable, powder coated vermin proof box including the capacitor (the cost ofcapacitor is to be taken separately).testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days.

Labour charges for the erection of submersible pump sets in borewell/open well including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing the riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pumproom and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches, starter,voltmeter,ammeter,three pilot indicating lamps,capacitor,single phasing preventor,water level guard and laying and jointing cables and twin earthing as per IE rules tec..,Complete testing the pumpset and trails for 10 days.
