Providing form work for centering, shuttering etc., for all reinforced concrete work such as plinth beam, raft beam, raft slab, grade beam etc., including strutting and shuttering wherever required using MS sheets of suitable size of BG 10, stiffened with MS angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5 cm (Spaced about 91cm center to center) distance and supported by casurina props of size 10cm-13cm dia (spaced at 75 cm center to center) and removing the same after a specified period without damaging RCC works in all floors etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing form work for centering, shuttering etc., for all reinforced concrete work such as plain surfaces, lintels, beams etc., including strutting3.00 m height using MS sheets of 90cm x 60 cm and BG 10 stiffened with MS angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5 cm (Spaced about 91cm center to center) distance and supported by casurina props of size 10cm-13cm dia (spaced at 75 cm center to center) and removing the same after a specified period without damaging RCC works in all floors etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS: 456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture (Plasticiser/super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accerlerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges,centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing etc., and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials.) etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating and placing the following kinds of steel grills Fe 500 D grade steel reinforcement bars as per IS 1786-1985 for all reinforced cement concrete works such as plinth beam, lintels, beams, sunshade, roof and floor slabs etc., including cost of steel and fabricating the reinforcement grills in position etc., complete in all floors (The rate to include the cost of binding wire steel also)

Supplying and fixing of following dia PVC SWR pipe of 6 kg/cm2 of approved quality confirming to IS 13592/1992 (type B) of finolex (or) equivalent with ISI monogram packing the joints including fixing into walls with necessary connection to the sanitary fittings, testing etc. complete in all respects in all floors as directed by the departmental officers
