Transporting of 110kV 1x630 Sq.mm XLPE UG cable drums each weighing approximately 7T in lorries using adequate capacity truck mounted crane for both loading and unloading including labour required for loading, transporting, unloading, driver bata etc.,Supplying and Providing of Winch,steel wire drum, cable drum stand, rollers, ramp and other T&P 's required for laying to the work site by engaging lorry and crane for site (No material will be supplied from department stores.) Positioning of winch ,D.G.set and others rollers for cable laying on a day before laying, Laying of cables in trench and duct by means of winch over rollers, dressing the cable in trefoil formation, tying the cable with nylon rope at every 3m intervals.The rate includes the cost of pulling the steel wire rope from winch side to drum side,devolution of any balance cables to CDC stores, all tools & plants, labour consumables, lead, lift etc., complete.

Providing watch and ward (Unskilled) at site as instructed site-in-charge.

Removing the blacktopping of any thickness for forming cable trench and cable duct at road crossing 60cm wide and 150 cm deep (clear) including cost of providing sign boards, danger lights, indication arrangements wherever necesssary, lead, lift labour and tools and plants etc., complete.

Dismantling of Brick work nside the cable trench and cable duct wherever occur of any thickenss and clearing the trench/duct free from debris and without hindrance to the cable laying work including led, lift, labour, tools & plants etc., completed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling of Plain cement concrete nside the cable trench and cable duct wherever occur of any thickenss and clearing the trench/duct free from debris and without hindrance to the cable laying work including led, lift, labour, tools & plants etc., completed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling of Reinforcded cement concrete nside the cable trench and cable duct wherever occur of any thickenss and clearing the trench/duct free from debris and without hindrance to the cable laying work including led, lift, labour, tools & plants etc., completed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Earth work excavation in all soils including slush and silt under water requiring the aid of basket and vessels and forming cable trench and cable duct at road crossing including cost of providing sign boards, danger lights, indication arrangements wherever necessary and providing shoring and strutting arrangements wherever necessary, all lead, lift, labour, tools & plants, etc., compete.

Providing and laying of 160mm dia PVC/HDPE pipes shall be jointed with necessary accessories such as elbows, bends, for road crossing including of all materials, required for lead, lift, labour etc complete

Providing and laying of 110mm dia PVC/HDPE pipes shall be jointed with necessary accessories such as elbows, bends, for road crossing including of all materials, required for lead, lift, labour etc complete

Laying PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm BG metal per std. specification including cost of all materials, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Filling with filling Sand in layers well rammed, watered and compacted as per standard specification including cost of all materials, lead, labour, etc., complete.

Supplying and Laying RCC cover slab of size 600x500x50mm including labour for loading, unloading, stenciling and placing in position carefully as required at site, cost of slab, all labour, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.

Refilling with excavated earth in layers well consolidated as per standard specification including cost of all filling, lead, lift, labour for filling well ramming consoliodation etc, complete

Transporting and clearing the excess excavated earth and debris than and there and as soon as immediately to avoid any hinderance to normal flow of traffic and public beyond a distance of 5km from the work spot as per the direction of Engineer at site including loading and unloading charges etc., complete.

Providing joint chamber in Second class chamber burnt bricks in C:M 1: 6 including cost of all materials scaffolding, labour, lead, lift etc, with neat finish as per standard specification.

Plastering in C.M.1:5 including cost of all materials scaffolding, labour, lead, lift etc, with neat finish as per standard specification

Providing Barricading works for laying cables using steel barricade with green barricade construction safety nets continuously without gap inclusive material cost ,labour charges and removal charges after compeleting the work etc complete and warning tape as directed by the engineer at site
