Cement concrete 1:5:10 using 40mm HBGS metal for foundation including watering whereever neccassaey and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick comapcting etc., complete, Complying with standard specification.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement two M.sand four jelly) using 20mm HBS jelly of B.S.S guage for foundation and flooring including cost and conveyance of all matreials, labour etc complete, Complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such ascolumn footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams,staircase steps, etc.., requiring nominal strutting using mildsteel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with weldedmild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laidover silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cmcentre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfacesas in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steelsheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steelangle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oakjoists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centreand supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at notmore than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with thestandard specificaiton.

Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying fabrication and placing in position of TMT bars for all RCC works including cutting bending placing and cost of binding wire etc.,complete.

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality II class Ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Paving the floor with best quality Vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the wall two coats with approved weather proof Exterior Emulsion paint over one primer coat of over cement plastered wall surface ect., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying, Fabrication and fixing the various size M.S hollow rectangular pipes for vertical poles and truss work and 8mm thick M.S sheet. The rate inclusive of cost of all materials, conveyance, lifiting and labour charges for welding etc., complete as directed.

Roofing with best quality coloured Galvalume Colour Sheet of 0.47 mm thick over the existing truss work with necessary bullet screw arrangements including cost and conveyance of all materials etc. complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and fabricating the Mild steel gates using MS angle sections suitable sizes. The rate inclusive of cost of all materials, labour charge for fixing in position, one coat of metal primer and conveyance, etc., complete as directed.

Painting the Iron works two coates of synthetic enamel paint iclunding cleaning ,Preparing the surface,cost and conveyance of all materials etc complete

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Supplying and laying of 83mm thick high strength type of interlocking using rubber mould for the paver blocks with design and approved colour and manufacture with concrete mix 1:1:2 using 10 to 12mm size HBG stone jelly, in required shapes and sizes having minimum compressive strength of 40N/m2 to be laid in flurrying bone pattern with approved non sticking surface at top. the rate is inclusive of levelling the site, providing 'M' Sand cushion 100mm thick below 6mm thick graded chips grouting and also inclusive of transportation charges, loading, unloading and labour charges for laying the paver block etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed

Supplying and fixing MS tubular square rod for the shelter arrangements using 50mm x 50mm square tube 50mm x 25mm square tube / 60mm x 60mm square tube as purling, truss, vertical as directed by the Corporation Officers.

Roofing with best quality pre coated steel sheet 20 gauge over the MS tubular section , truss including cost of J bolts, bitumen washers and cutting the sheets to required shapes if found necessary during execution etc., complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint over red oxide primer finished new iron grills including cleaning, preparing the surfaces, cost and coveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Supply and fixing the cover of open well using 75 mm x 75mm x 6mm 'L' angle for middle and outer, 50mm x 50mm x 6mm 'L' angle for inter mediate and fully covered by weldmesh 7.5 cm x 2.5 cm - 10 gauge. The rate inclusive of cost of materials, labour charges and one coat of primer etc., complete as directed

Supply and fixing the Granite stone sitting benches. The rate inclusive of cost of all materials, conveyance and labour charges etc., complete as directed.

Supply and fixing of horizontal type 8 way Single pole neutral MCB distribution board in sheet steel enclosure double door type with metal door with IP43 protection with 32A DP MCB as incoming and 6 Nos 6A to 32 A SP MCB as outgoing inflush with wall and making good of the concealed portion with earth connection. The MCBDB and MCB`s should be with the ISI mark.

Supply and laying of 4 x 16 sq.mm PVC armoured LTUG cable in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 metre putting 0.15 mt. Layer of sand and covering the cable completely with bricks and sand and refilling the earth to make good etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of brass cable gland for 4 x 16sqmm PVC armoured LTUG cable with earth connection etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and providing cable end termination of 4 x 16 sqmm PVCLTUG Aluminium armoured cable with necessary aluminium cable sockets by crimping etc. with electrical connection etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and Run of 2 of 2.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe Concealed in wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of 2.5 sq.mm copper wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour.

Wiring with 2 x1.5 sq.mm. (22/0.3) PVC insulated single core unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100 V grade\in suitable PVC rigid pipe Concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with Module GI switch box in flush with wall with 6A one way module switch with module front plate continuous earth wire connection of 1.5 Sq.mm copper wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for Concealed PVC Light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) ( 6 points / coil).

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with module GI switch box in flush with wall with 1 no 6A one way modle switch 1 no 6A 3/2 pin module socket with module front plate with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5 Sq.mm copper wire for concealed PVC plug point.

Wiring with 2 x 4 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with module GI switch box in flush with wall with 1 no 16A one way modle switch 1 no 16A 3/2 pin module socket with module front plate with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 4 Sq.mm copper wire for concealed PVC plug point.

Earthing as per the ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.10 metre Class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 40mm with copper earth plate of size 125mm x 50mm x 6mm with necessary funneling arrangements with necessary masonry work and with 38mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry.

Supply and run 1 of No.8 swg GI wire for earth connection.

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter board suitable for 32A single phase service connection with 32A fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mm x 300mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit with 1 No 40 Amp 30 MA Double Pole RCD / RCCB (Lower End) with suitable necessary connection
