Cement concrete 1:3:6 (one of cement, three of M-Sand and six of hard broken stone jelly) for foundation and basement using 20mm size hard broken jelly inclusive of shoring, strutting,bailing out water necessary ramming,etc.,all complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 ( One of cement and five of sand) using second class chamber burnt ground moulded bricks of size 9" x 4 3/8" x 2 3/4" having crushing strength of 50Kg/sqcm in foundation & basement including dewatering wherever necessary proper setting curing etc., complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and drawings and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing precast slab of 50mm thick finishing with two sides for cupboard,sunshade, ward-robes, shelves, side slabs of boxing around windows, kitchen platform slabs, sink and other similar works including finishing and fixing in position complying with relevant Standard specifications etc., complete in the following floors (Measurement will be taken including bearing also) as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 ( One of cement and five of sand) 12mm thick finished with neat cement including, providing band cornice scaffolding curing etc., complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.

Construction of Inspection chamber of following size with brick jelly concrete 1:8:16 (one of cement eight of sand and sixteen of broken brick jelly using 40mm gauge broken brickjelly 15cm thick for foundation and 23cm thick brick masonry in C.M. 1:5 ( One of cement and five of sand) using stock bricks of size 9" x 4 1/2" x 3 " plastering with cement mortar 1:3 ( One of cement and three of sand) 12mm thick on both sides top and bottom including earth work excavation RCC 1:2:4 ( One of cement two of sand and four of 20mm gauge hard broken stone) Steel fibre reinforeced concrete cover slab of 45/ 60 cm dia heavy duty but including benching channeling fixing cover slab in position curing finishing etc., all complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Removing all scaled / loosed ceiling plastering and to remove all loose dust by wire brush, mixing the master bond- sbr latex chemical with sulphate resistant cement in 1:1 ratio by weight and applying with brush on the prepared surface and allow to dry for 2-3 hrs before to apply regular finishing including cost of surface , mixing & applying etc., all chemical labour for preparation of complete.

Special Ceiling Plastering in C.M 1:3 (one of cement and three of sand)10mm thick mixed with chemical bonds for bottom of sunshade, ceiling in all floors, including scaffolding, curing ,finishing etc all complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supplying and fixing of Orissa Pan (20”) superior variety 500mm of approved make (to be got approved from EE before use) with P or S trap, including concrete packing filling portion with earth, flooring the area with 75mm thick brick jelly concrete in CC 1:8:16 (one of cement, eight of sand and sixteen of brick jelly) using 40mm size brick jelly and top left rough to receive the floor plastering but including antisyphonage connection curing etc. all complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

'Supplying and fixing of Porcelain (Vitreous china ) white colour Oriya type Indian water closet of size 580 mm x440 mm confirming to IS 2556 (Part III) of 1981 (glazing inside only) of approved make with P or S trap, including concrete filling the sunk portion with brick jelly lime concrete proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12½ by volume (No sand) and top 75mm thick brick jelly concrete in CC 1:8:16 (one of cement, eight of sand and sixteen of broken brick jelly) using 40mm size brick jelly including plastering the sides of sunk portion in Cm 1:3 (one of cement and three of sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound at 2Kg / m2 and top left rough to receive the floor plastering but including antisyphonage connection, including one coat of bitumen for the sides, bottom and curing etc., complete in all floors (Other than ground floor). all complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Run of main with 2 wires of 4 Sqmm Copper PVC insulated unsheathed single core Multi Strand Fire Retardant 1.1 KV grade copper cable with ISI Mark conforming to IS:694/1990 and with continuous earth by means of two wires of 2.5 sqmm copper PVC insulated unsheathed single core Multi Strand Fire Retardant 1.1 KV grade copper cable with ISI Mark conforming to IS:694/1990 in fully concealed 32 mm dia rigid PVC conduit pipe with ISI mark etc. including cost of all materials, specials etc. all complete and as directed by the departmental officers

Supply delivery erection and commissioning of 5.0 HP, 3 Phase submersible pump set suitable for 150mm dia bore well of best approval quality with ISI Mark, IS 8034 of reputed brand of 3phase suitable for 400/440v 50H2, 3 phase Ac, without panel Board, Supply and motor on wet type and multi stage design with Radial flow impeller of High quality, Bronze and dynamically balanced for high efficiency vibration and noise free smooth operation duty condition etc., complete in all respects and as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply of 3 Phase Panel Board suitable for 3 HP 15 stage Submersible Pumpset with DOL Starter with two level guard , autostart, three phase preventer, dry running preventer etc., complete as per standard specifications.
