Providing and laying Wet Mix Mecadam base course of 150 mm compacted thickness in two layers of 75mm thick or else as specified on the proposed sub base with graded stone aggregate and granular materials of quantity size and grading in layers as specified including mixing in base mix plant, spreading in ununiform layer with motor grader and compaction with vibrating rollers of 80 to 100 KN static weight and fine dressing to required grade and cross slope as shown on the drawing equipment as per MORT Techinical Specification Clause 406. all complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Prime Coat over WMM surface using 6 kgs. Of bitumen emulsion for 10 sqm. Area including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity of bitumen as tack coat bybitumen sprayer etc., complete as per MORT Techinical Specification Clause 502. all complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Tack Coat over PC with WMM surface treated with prime coat using 2.5 kgs. Of emulsion for 10 sqm. Area including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity of bitumen as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc., complete as per at bybitumen sprayer etc., complete as per MORT Techinical Specification Clause 503. all complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying 50 mm thick Dense Bituminous Macadam Concrete using 0.35 Cubic Metre of 37.50 - 12.2mm graded metal, 0.21 Cubic Metre of 13.2- 2.36mm graded metal, 0.14 Cubic Metre of 2.36mm and below graded metal, 49.50 Kilogram of 60/70 grade Bitumen covering 10.00 Square Metre area including cost and conveyance of all materials at site of work, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 to 30 Tonne capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site spreading the mix in required temperature with motor grader and compaction with vibrating rollers of 8 to 10 Tonne capacity and fine dressing to required grade and cross slope, Hire and fuel Charges for tools and plants such as Central Hot Mix Plant, Power Roller 8 to 10 Ton Capacity, Paver Finisher, Tipper Trucks etc aat bybitumen sprayer etc., all complete complying with relevant standard specifications & drawings and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying 25 mm thick compacted Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete using 0.10 Cubic Metre of 11.20mm graded metal, 0.16 Cubic Metre of 6.70mm graded metal, 0.11 Cubic Metre of 2.80mm and below graded metal, 28.00 Kilogram of 60/70 grade Bitumen covering 10.00 Square Metre area including cost and conveyance of all materials at site of work, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 to 30 Tonne capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site spreading the mix in required temperature with motor grader and compaction with vibrating rollers of 8 to 10 Tonne capacity and fine dressing to required grade and cross slope, Hire and fuel Charges for tools and plants such as Central Hot Mix Plant, Power Roller 8 to 10 Ton Capacity, Paver Finisher, Tipper Trucks etc all complete complying with relevant standard specifications & drawings and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing form work for reinforced cement concrete works such as floor and roof slab,lintels ,beams staircase waist and landing slab ,canopy,columns of all shapes and plane surfaces and other similar works. all complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Mild steel Grills/Ribbed Tor Steels for reinforcement for all floors including cost of binding wire, bending, tying etc, all complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of 50mm dia PVC pipe 6 kg/sq.cm with ISI mark for weep holes for PCC drain and culverts at 2.4meter interval above 30cm from bed level of drains and culverts including cost of pipe,cutting and fixing charges etc.all complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Entrance Gate for pedestrin supply and fixing Mild steel grills as per the design approved to windows, verandah enclosure or gate inclduing one coat of primer and labour for fixing in position etc, all complete in all respects complying with rlevent standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers, All the material used in the construction are approved brand as per agreement condition.

Flooring with a layer of cement concrete 1:3, 20mm thick for ellispattern flooring including grooves using hard broken granite chips 10mm and below including laying,curing,finishing, etc all complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by departmental officers
