Demolition of dilapilated 198 TNGRHS flats B Type - 6 Block (36 Flats), C Type - 15 Block (90 Flats), D Type - 4 Block (48 Flats), E Type - 2 Block (24 Flats), at Sankaraperi, Thoothukudi District. including Salvaging all re-useable materials, such as country wood scantlings, country wood planks, M.S. rods and RTS rods, PVC door with shutters HDPE PVC Tanks and removing the debris and clearing away from site of work i.e. at a suitable place away from city limit levelling the site including cost of machineries lorry higher charges, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for dismantling upto ground level levelling etc., all complete taking away the salvage materials after making full payment to TNHB towards the cost of the same as quoted which should be after adjusting the entire expenditure incurred for carrying out dismantling salvaging, removing the debris, levelling etc., all complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
