Removing all scaled / loosed ceiling plastering and to remove all loose dust by wire brush, mixing the master bond- sbr latex chemical with sulphate resistant cement in 1:1 ratio by weight and applying with brush on the prepared surface and allow to dry for 2-3 hrs before to apply regular finishing including cost of surface , mixing & applying etc., all chemical labour for preparation of complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer. .

Chipping the damaged pressed tiles in cement mortar and clearing away debries from the site of work etc. all complete and as directed by the departmental officer

Finishing the top of terrace floor with Pressed tiles embedded in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound and pointing with the same mortar one course of solar reflective water proof, heat proof, cool proof tiles of size 23cmx23cmx20mm complete complying with standard specifications including cost of all materials, labour charges for lifting to open terrace, laying and finishing and other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm.The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm withsuitable rabate for housing the shutter
