Vertical Pile load test

Installation of vertical cast in situ bored piles of 600 mm diametre using reinforced cement concrete Design Mix M30 Grade using 20 mm gauge hard broken stone jelly by settinng the bored cast in situ pile equipments with all accessories and tools at each locations based on the sequence of operations as directed by the departmental officer,boring for the piles from ground level in all soils to the required depth below cut off level to carry a safe working load not less than specified, by Direct Mud Circulation Method ( using bentonite clay of required density) inclusive of pile accessories, temporary casing pipe,bentonite solution of 10% of concrete with required density,mobilisation,transporting,instalation of pile driving accessories from one location to another,pile concreting inside of drime method pipe fitting, including removal of mud and slurry away from the site but excluding the cost of steel and fabrication reinforcement grills but including Bentonite solution machinery charges labour charges etc.,all complete, complying with relevent standard specification and as dircted by the departmental officers. ( pile shall be measured from the top of the shoe to the bottom of the pile cap.) Design Mix M30 Grade concrete should be prepared with ordinary Portland Cement with water cement ratio not exceeding 0.45 including the use of Plasticizer of required Grade and Hard Granite Stone Jelly of 20mm size and downgraded as per requirement) as per IS code and as directed by the Departmental Officers. Charge for chipping of pile wherever necessary to the required depth. Concrete for all piling work should be of Design Mix M30 grade with minimum cement content of 400Kg per Cubic Metre etc., complete in all respects complying with revelant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Conducting initial vertical pile load test on the already provided 600mm dia Bored cast in situ pile of required depth in the site as per 2911 Part IV 2013 Including mobilization and demobilization of load test materials/Machinery including hire charges for machineries,cost of materials, labour charges kentledge jack arrangement pressure gauge and dial gauge calibration, certificate including wire charges for machinaries cost of material required for performing the test report for the test conducted with 2.5 times design load and reaction load 25% exra. Skilled and un skilled labour charges and taxes transporation submitting the load test etc., and submit the report of the load test etc., complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental officer.
