Lifting, cleaning of motor foot, base plate, housing base and positioning. Aligning the fan and motor axially and radially within the allowable limits. Box up the fan bearings, checking tightness of all bolts, couple the fan and motor and trial run of the fan. Including cost of consumables and T&P's.

Dismantling of connecting rod, guide ring, flaps, angular joints and IGV blades. Cleaning and checking the above internals for any defect and attending repair works and replace the wornout internals. Re assembling, greasing, aligning and bolting the IGV set and normalizing for smooth operation. Removal of gearbox by chain block from its bed, removal of mounting channel. Fixing and welding of mounting channel. Repositioning and fixing the gear box. Opening the actuator gear box, inspection of gears and filling up the lubrication. Including cost of consumables and T&P's.
