Renewal of sheared output shaft studs Replacement of defective Mill Gearbox of HP803 mill by draining of gearbox oil, dismantling the TI Chute knife edge valve, power cylinder, cutting and removal of tramp iron chute decoupling the bowl hub assembly, removal of gearbox assembly from the base plate, dismantling the gearbox and shifting it in front of Mill assembly, gouging suitably and releasing the sheared and jammed shaft studs from the gearbox output shaft, re tapping and finishing the tapped hole, fixing new dowel pins, shifting the reconditioned gearbox, reassembling the gearbox in position, fixing, lowering the bowl hub assembly, coupling with gearbox assembly and fixing Vertical shaft studs, checking the tightness of studs, re fixing the TI chute, knife edge valve power cylinders, refilling the gearbox oil and trial run and commissioning. Including consumables and hire charges for T&P’s.

Shifting the gear box by decoupling gearbox from motor, draining of gearbox oil, dismantling lube oil lines from gear box, dismantling the TI Chute power cylinders, cutting and removal of tramp iron chute, unfastened the gearbox vertical shaft studs to decoupling the bowl hub assembly, removal of gearbox assembly from the base plate, move the gearbox in front of mill assembly and shifted the gearbox to other mill assembly. After receipt of new/ reconditioned/ released gear box from other mill assembly, lifting move the gearbox in front of mill assembly, positioned the gearbox assembly from the base plate, fastened the gearbox vertical shaft studs to coupled the bowl hub assembly, fixing and welding the removed tramp iron chute in correct position, assembled the TI Chute power cylinders, connected the released lube oil lines to gear box, refilling of gearbox oil, including the alignment of gearbox with motor, coupled gearbox to motor, make necessary arrangement to conduct the trial run and commissioning the gear box. Including consumables and hire charges for T&P’s.
