Charges for attending pipe line leak by patch welding in 250NB pipelines at 5 mtr/8mtr elevation: this work involves preparation of patch plate, surface preparation in leakage area, welding of patch plate with the existing pipeline.(Rate for 1 No patch welding in 250NB MS pipes inclusive of consumable items like welding rod, cutting gas ).

Charges for overhauling of condenser water pumps (209M3/Hr, 30 HP) / chilled water pumps (110M3/Hr,20HP) in power house building & service building AC system, decoupling and dismantling of pumps, cleaning, checking of pump internals such as impeller, shaft, bearings, shaft sleeve, gland collar, coupling etc., replacing the wornout internals, bolts & nuts, assembling the pump, aligning with motor, painting and trail run. ( Required Bearings, Bolts & nuts is under contractor scope).

Charges for Cleaning of 240TR FRP cooling tower collection basin fills, nozzles, against coal & ash powder deposits. By isolating the cooling tower inlet & outlet valves ,Draining the dusty water & after cleaning fill with new water in PHB, service building,to avoid chocking in condenser & to improve AC effect, condenser and chilled water pumps, renewal of gland packing, Cleaning of strainers & filters in PHB, service building,, including cost of consumables and tools & plants. including Hire charges for T & Ps and cost of consumables.

Charges for recondition/replacement of damaged "Y" strainer assembly of condenser water pump / Chilled water pump: This work involves arresting the pipe line,dismantling the existing damaged strainer from its position, by removal of corroded bolts and nuts, lowering into the floor, transporting, leading, lifiting, positioning the new "Y" strainer, refixing into the pipe line, aligning and tightening flanges on both ends and strengthing the bothside flanges, checking the water leaks (200NB / 150NB " Y " strainer will be supplied by board at free of cost).

Charges for removal of 250NB/200NB/150NB Gate / Globe valves from the pipelines for Over hauling : this work involves isolating the pipelines, cutting the bolts & nuts, shifting the valve from the existing position from 5 mtr/8mtr elevation to the floor level for servicing in PHB and service building, including cost of consumables and Hire charges for Tools & Plants. (Rate for servicing of 1 No 150NB/200NB/250NB Gate/Globe valves).

Charges for removal & renewal of frames in 209 CMH of cooling tower at 36mtr elevation : This work involves isolating the cooling tower by closing inlet & outlet valves, removing the worn out frames like vertical frames outside the cooling tower, PVC fills seating frames inside the tower, removing the water distribution MS pipes if required, shifting the pipes to ground level for cleaning and providing temporary supports to the cooling tower if required, erection of new supports, leak attending in FRP sheet joints, removal of water distribution pipes, cleaning the water distribution pipes, replacing the water distribution pipes if required, trial run and commissioning of cooling tower. (Charges inclusive of consumables and T&P's) (MS angles, channels, water distribution pipes, fills(elim pack & fill pack) will be supplied by board at free of cost) (For 1 No cooling tower MS bolts M10 x 30mm - 160Nos, M x 10 x 75mm - 60 Nos, M12 x 70mm - 60 Nos to be supplied by the contractor).

Charges for leading and lifting of 150NB/200NB/250NB pipe from ground level to 5 mtr/8mtr elevation if any puncture or attending breakdown working in 200 NB pipe lines.
