Cleaning the Septic tank and manholes completely by pumping out sewage and disposing the same to outside the MTPS-II premises including labour charges for cleaning, removing manhole covers and refixing the same in position after cleaning, transportation charges, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of 20mm dia CP screw down bib cock of ISI make as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labour charges for fixing, lead, lift etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing 25mm dia PVC Ball valve of ISI make as approved by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials labour charges for fixing, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and laying in position of GI pipe line of medium class (B class) of TATA make or equivalent conforming to IS 1239 as directed by the Engineer in charge for water supply arrangements including cost of all materials, specials such as Tees, bends, Couplings, screws cutting, threading, joining, specials, TW plugs, packing and wrapping the pipe laid underground with hessian cloth and tarring and fixing the pipe above ground to walls with galvanized iron clips lead, lift, etc., complete.

Dismantling of existing PCC flooring and removal of debris away from the site, including cost of all materials, labour charges, T&P's, lead, lift, etc., complete and as directed by Engineer incharge at site.

Supplying and fixing in position of 25 mm dia PVC pipes of approved make with ISI monogram with necessary specials and fittings including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of 4mm thick plain glass of approved quality as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of glass, rubber beading, labour charges, lead and lift etc., complete.

Providing shutter with frame using termite / water proof plywood of 19mm thick over which laminated sheet of 0.8mm thick fixed inside the shutter and 1mm thick fixed in the outside of the shutter using fevicol along with necessary furniture fittings, such as, hydralic hinges, tower bolt, handles, multi purpose locks etc., as directed by the Departmental officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, laminate sheet and other materials should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Floor finishing with designed first class ceramic tiles of approved make and colour over 10mm thick CM 1:3 bedding and pointing with same colour cement including cutting chase wherever required in walls, cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, T&P's etc., complete.

White washing with two coats of white cement for ceiling surface including cost of all materials, scaffolding, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Providing two coats of Oil bound distember of approved quality and colour over one coat of primer to the wall surfaces as directed by the Engineer at site, including cost of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding charges, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing Indian water closet of size 530x410mm of approved quality and colour with ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap with 10 lit capacity PVC Cistern tank and 12mm dia Angle Valve water colset is connected with 32mm dia PVC 6Kg/cm² pipe of required length, packing the joints of the closet with the traps with asbestos rope using cement mixed with approved water proof compound, laying the closet over sand cushion and forming flooring around the closet using 40mm broken jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One part of Lime, two part of sand and five part of brick jelly) of 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope, connecting to soil pipes by dismantling the brick masonry/RCC slab making good the disturbed portion to original condition and finished water tight without leakage complying with standard specification as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, Transporting, all labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position approved type of parry ware or equivalent make light colour vitreous European type water closet of size 460x380mm with ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap and with double flapped seat, Chromium Plated angle valve, connecting hose, Health facit with1.50M hose, suitable angle valve and 10 liter capacity PVC low level flushing tank with all internal fittings, complying with standard specifications, including cost of all materials, labour charges, leads, lifts and curing etc., complete.
