Charges for cleaning and lubricating of all moving parts of HT breakers, upper and lower pole arms, vacuum bottles with Acetone / IPA. All bolts and nuts tightness checking, checking healthiness of Interrupters, closing / Tripping operation mechanically and checking of IR value for 1 no. breaker. Unit-I, II and III (Station & Unit Switchgear)

II. Unit - I, II & III – HT & LT Switchgear – (2) Annual overhauling & Maintenance of HT/LT Switchgear and all its bus duct . Charges for cleaning of 6.6KV, 15.75KV and LT switchgear, busducts (inside and outside) including insulators etc., 6.6KV breakers panels outgoing cable terminals, busbars inside and outside of the panels including insulators etc., Checking tightness of joints, minor rectification works such as replacement of damaged bus support insulators, gaskets inspection covers and panel doors and covers paint touchup, lubricating the breakers mechanism, providing insulation tape in outgoing terminals, checking breaker mechanism replacing parts in breakers etc., and assisting re-commissioning works. I. HT SWITCHGEAR Charges for releasing all inspection covers of bus ducts, checking of Initial IR value, thorough cleaning by applying Acetone / IPA and checking healthiness of supporting insulators & tightness checking of bus bar joints and checking of healthiness of Rubber bellows for the Incomer & Tie bus ducts of one bus (U1A,U2A & U3A 6.6KV Switchgear bus ducts)

Charges for releasing all inspection covers of bus ducts, checking of Initial IR value, thorough cleaning by applying Acetone / IPA and checking healthiness of supporting insulators & tightness checking of bus bar joints and checking of healthiness of Rubber bellows for the Incomer & Tie bus ducts of one bus (C1A-U1A, C2A-U2A link bus duct & C3A-U3A tie bus duct)

Cleaning of Excitation Transformer & its cooling fan & its ducts (06 Nos) (Cleaning of Excitation transformer and its cooling fan and its duct) of Unit I, II & III

Charges for Inspection & cleaning of Bus PT cubicle, SP cubicle and checking tightness of Bus PT & SP (Bus PT cubicle (LAVT cubicle) of Unit I, II & III

LT SWITCHGEAR Cleaning of all the modules, cleaning & healthiness checking of power contactor tips and replacing if necessary, terminal tightness of all components, checking & cleaning of finger contacts in breaker with IPA, healthiness of spring charging motors and the mechanisms, terminal tightness of all components of breakers and checking their operations. (USS 1A, 2A & 3A SWGR)

Cleaning of all the modules, cleaning & healthiness checking of power contactor tips and replacing if necessary, terminal tightness of all components, checking & cleaning of finger contacts in breaker with IPA, healthiness of spring charging motors and the mechanisms, terminal tightness of all components of breakers and checking their operations. (USS 1B, 2B & 3B SWGR)

Cleaning of all the modules, cleaning & healthiness checking of power contactor tips and replacing if necessary, termination tightness of all components, cleaning the breakers with IPA, healthiness of spring charging motor , termination tightness of all components and checking breaker operations and refixing the modules and breakers in the respective panels. (BMCC 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B, 3A & 3B SWGR)

Cleaning of all the modules with IPA, Cleaning & healthiness checking of power contactor tips and replacing if necessary, terminal tightness of all components, and refixing the modules in the respective panels. (SBMCC – 1,2 & 3 SWGR)

Cleaning of all the modules, cleaning & healthiness checking of power contactor tips and replacing if necessary, termination tightness of all components, checking & cleaning the Isolator switches. (N/E SWGR) of Unit I, II & III

Cleaning of all the modules, Cleaning & healthiness checking of power contactor tips and replacing if necessary, termination tightness of all components, cleaning the sliding contacts with IPA and refixing the modules in the respective panels. (BVDC & TVDC(VMCC) SWGRs) of Unit I, II & III.

3) 6.6KV ST-1, 2 & 3 Charges for releasing and Re-fixing all inspection covers of bus- ducts, checking of Initial IR value, thorough cleaning by applying Acetone / IPA and checking healthiness of supporting insulators & tightness checking of bus bar joints and checking of healthiness of Rubber bellows for the In-comer & tie bus ducts of C1, C2 & C3 Bus. (C1 A & B incomer & Tie bus duct) (ST- I to C1A) (ST- I to C1B) (ST- 2 to C2A) (ST- 2 to C2B) (ST3 to C3A) & (ST3 to C3B) C2 A & B incomer & Tie bus duct) (C3 A & B incomer & Tie bus duct)
