Charges for replacing or overhauling the wornout clinker grinders gear box or fluid coupling and checking alignment in between clinker grinder gear box, fluid coupling and drive motor including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges.

Charges for monitoring the Bottom ash hopper and ash disposal equipments during slag evacuation without abnormal occurrence like BAH mouth choke, Glinker grinder choke, reduction gear box struck up and chain slippage due to overload by releasing the BAH mouth choke, clinker grinder choke, checking oil level in reduction gear box, fluid coupling and air-oil pressure tank, applying sufficient lubrication in simplex roller chain, checking and ensuring the flow of water in clinker grinder gland sealing water assembly, etc., including T&P hire charges.

Charges for dismantling the wornout 60 Ton/Hr capacity Clinker grinder assembly such as roller shaft, bearings, bearing housing, shaft seal housing, gland covers, wear plates and rollers bodies, etc., including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges.

Assembly of Clinker Grinder:(60 Ton/hr cap) Inspection of SS sleeve, apron plate and guide plate for wear and tear and replacement if necessary. • Assembling of drive / driven roller with shaft assembly. • Fixing of bearing housing base plate assembly. • Inspection of pressure ring and lantern ring for wear and tear and replacement if necessary. • Packing of graphite rope and fixing of gland by gland packing nut. • Fixing and tightening of sleeve lock nut. • Inspection of oil seal (inner) and bearing for wear and tear and replacement if necessary, fixing of bearing housing and tightening using lock nut. • Inspection of oil seal (outer) for wear and tear and replacement if necessary and fixing the bearing cover. • Assembling of driven sprocket, fixing of lock nut and tightening. • Mounting of gear wheel and tightening using lock nut. • Assembling of seal water line including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges.
