STATOR REWINDING (6.6 KV): Charges towards dismantling the motor, threading out the rotor from the stator core pack, stripping out of all 54 coils, cleaning the slots, conducting hot spot tests to find out the core damages, removing the stator core pack from the stator yoke by hydraulic press, rewinding the stator using new VPI Green coils inserting the windings into the slots, banding the overhang portions in the surge ring, leading out the end connection, fixing 6 Nos. RTDs, preheating, Global Vacuum Pressure Impregnating the winding with core pack in vacuum chamber using suitable poly epoxy resin, baking, testing, refixing the core pack into the stator yoke in hydraulic press, providing flexible silicon cables, applying finishing varnish, replacement of DE & NDE bearings and assembling, no load trial run and measuring all no load parameters and painting the motor with 2 coats of DA.Grey paint. (New bearings will be supplied by TANGEDCO)

STATOR CORE RESTACKING:- (IF NECESSARY)Charges for removing the stator core pack from the stator body, complete dismantling the stator core stampings, removing the old burnt core plate varnishes by chemical treatment, cleaning, removing the surface kinks, revarnishing with core plate varnish, restacking the stampings, locking and repositioning the core pack into the stator body by hydraulic press and conducting the flux loop test to ascertain the restacked core healthiness, and conducting hot spot test.

FABRICATION OF NEW COILS: Charges for Fabrication and supply of new stator coils using new class `F’ enamelled polymica covered electrolytic grade rectangular copper conductors pre-staggering with thermopreg, insulating the slot portions using samicapor insulating materials, applying corona protection tapes and stress grading tapes and conducting required tests. (Retrieved coils shall be retained by the contractor)
