M.S.pipe for reject conveying pipe, chamfering the both end, cutting the dia. 600 mm x 20 mm tk.M.S.plate & welding with one end of dia 600 mm pipe, cutting the dia 350 mm over the dia.600 mm round plate bottom side, welding the already fabricated dia 350 mm spool piece over the opening space of dia. 600 mm plate, cutting the dia 350 mm hole over the top side of dia 600 mm reject coal carrying pipe & welding with already fabricated dia 350 mm spool piece over the opening space of reject coal carrying pipe, welding the already fabricated eccentric reducer pipe of size dia. 600 mm x dia.350 mm x 720 mm length x 20 mm tk., over the tail end of dia. 600 mm reject coal carrying pipe, cutting and welding the 2 Nos. of ¾” ball valve over the reject coal carrying pipe for fire quenching & clinker coal clearing including the cost of required qty. of asbestos rope, 20 mm tk. M.S.plate& ball valves etc…

Charges for cutting & fabrication of required length of support bearing (Semi circle curved plate for support the reject coal carrying pipe, cutting & welding the dia 150 mm x 1.25 m x 20 mm tk support bearing bottom leg pipe one end with semi circle curved plate, cutting & welding the 200 mm x 200 mm x 20 mm tk. M.S.plate over the support bearing leg pipe another bottom side including the cost of 20 mm tk. M.S.plate etc…

Charges for leading, lifting positioning the already fabricated heavy weight tapper pipe, pneumatic operated top reject gate whole assy, reject coal carrying dia 600 mm pipe along with spool pieces & pneumatic operated bottom reject gate whole assy one by one by using suitable fasteners with help of suitable tested chain blocks & Hydra vehicle, and positioning the support bearing bottom leg pipe etc…(Required qty. of chain blocks and Hydra vehicle crane are under contractor’s scope).

Charges for fabrication of 1.5 m x 1.5 m grill plot form with hand rails at (-)1 m from ground level for clearing the pyrite hopper coal choke & foreign material inside the hopper by manually, Fabrication of L-shape tray of size 1.5 m x 1.5 m & positioning the tray below the bottom gate discharge pipe for diverting the reject coal after providing of necessary supports etc... (Required qty of Iron & steel will be supplied by TANGEDCO at free of cost).

Charges for required length of dia. 15 mm G.I. pipes, G.I. Fittings like, Elbow, Union, Tee, Hex. Nipple, Gate valves & S.S. wire braided flexible hoses, Clamps, laying, connecting the air lines of inlet & outlet port of pneumatic cylinder, routing of air line from instrument air line to respective reject system pneumatic operated valves & connecting the two way lever operated air valve, fabrication of box &stand, for fixing the two way lever operated valve including the cost of G.I.pipes, Fittings& valves etc…

Charges for cleaning and painting the newly erected coal mill reject screw conveyor system by one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of enamel grey paint one over the other with proper intervals including the cost of paints. (Required qty. of Red oxide and Enamel grey paints are under contractor scope).
