Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position MS Posts, MS Purlins, MS Doors,Steel ladder etc., with required accessories such as but not limited to MS Angles, Channels, Pipes, flats, Square Bars, Shafts, Chequred Sheets etc., as per approved design and including cost of fabrication, transporting, cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, T&P, one coat of red oxide primer, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling the existing damaged Doors & windows including removal of Frames, hinges and fastenings etc., as directed by the Engineer at site including all labour charges, lead, lift, T&Ps etc., complete.

Colour washing with two coats using ready mixed Weather Proof Emulsion (First quality - Asian paint ultima or its equivalent) of approved quality over a coat of exterior emulsion water based primer in surfaces including through scrapping, clean removal of dirt, cost of all materials, scaffolding, labour, lead, lift etc.,and including necessary crack filling paste, putty whereever required complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing of pre cast 1200mm dia and 300mm Ring for Dispersion trench including cost of all materials, transporting lead lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (UPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced alround with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals. Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside. Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug. including all cost of materials,hydraulic closer,lead,lift,transport and etc.,complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and filling M sand (Approved quarry) well watered and consolidated in foundation and basement in layers complying with standard specification,including cost of all materials, all labour charges, lead, lift, T&Ps etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

CGST For Bidders within Tamilnadu

Dismantling the existing Plain Cement Concrete and clearing away with head load upto 100m, with lead of 1km including loading, unloading transporting charges etc., as directed by the Engineer in charge including labour charges, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

IGST For Bidders outside of Tamilnadu

Brick work in CM 1:5 using IInd class chamber burnt bricks (230x110x75mm),OPC 53 grade cement (DALMIA/ULTRATECH/RAMCO),M sand approved quarry for basement and super structure including cost of all materials, scaffolding, labour charges, curing, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Painting with two coats of approved quality anti corrosive black paint/acid resistance paint for MS steel including cost of all materials, brushes, lead, lift, Scaffolding, T&Ps etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m & initial lift of 2m in soft disintegrated rock, lateritie soft rock or Kankar not requring blasting including all labour charges, lead, lift, T&Ps etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

SGST For bidders within Tamilnadu

Plastering with P sand in CM 1:5, 12mm thick for walls and ceiling surfaces using Nitobond SBR or its equivalent after cleaning and removal of damaged cement plaster from walls and clearing away with head load upto 100m and lead of 1 km including thorough scrapping and cleaning of exisiting Plastered surfaces, application of Nitobond SBR or its equivalent on the wall surfaces including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, labour charges, curing, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete as directed by Engineer incharge

Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m & initial lift of 2m in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders including all labour charges, lead, lift, T&Ps etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply and laying of PVC pipe 110mm dia (6kg/cm²) of FINOLEX/ASHIRVAD/SUPREME) approved make and quality with ISI monogram as directed by the Engineer in charge for downfall pipes and including cost of all materials, all specials such as Tees, Elbow, shoes, Special clamps, bends and screws, gratings etc., making holes in masonry/concrete, restoring the disturbed area to original condition, making water tight jointing with no leakage, labour, scaffolding, lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m & initial lift of 2m in medium and dense medium rock not requiring blasting for foundation including all labour charges, lead, lift, T&Ps etc., completeas directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing floor finish with Double Charged Vitrified tiles of approved size, make(Kajaria/Johnson), colour and pattern over 10mm thick Cement mortar 1:3 for bedding and pointing same coloured cement in all floors , including cutting chase in walls wherever required, cost of all materials labour charges lead, lift, curing T&P etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and laying of 40mm HBSG metal in the Dispersion trench inculding cost of materials, labour charges, leads, T&P's etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing RCC Precast slabs with 1:1.5:3 mix using OPC 53 grade cement (DALMIA/ ULTRATECH/ RAMCO), M sand ,12mm to 20mm HBG metal-(Approved quarry) including cost of shuttering, cost of all materials, labour charges, vibrating the concrete, removal of existing damaged slabs and clearing the debris away fro the site, lifting and placing in postion, curing, all T&P, lead, lift etc., but excluding cost of steel reinforcement.complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.(By using mixer machine).

Supply and fixing of pre cast 1200mm dia cover slab for Dispersion trench including cost of all materials, transporting and painting lead lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Refilling with excavated earth by well -watered and consolidated in layers of not more than 150mm thick in foundation and basement including all labour charges, lead, lift, T&Ps etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling the existing Brick / Stone masonry wall and clearing away with head load upto 100m, and lead of 1km including loading, unloading transporting charges etc., as directed by the Engineer in charge including labour charges, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Providing RCC 1:1.5:3 mix using OPC 53 grade cement (DALMIA/ULTRATECH/RAMCO),M sand ,12mm to 20mm graded HBG metal-(Approved quarry) for culvert slab including cost of form work, centering and shuttering, cost of all materials, labour charges, vibrating the concrete, curing, all T&P, lead, lift etc.,but excluding cost of steel reinforcement.complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.(By using mixer machine and vibrator).

Providing Plain Cement Concrete in 1:4:8, using OPC 53 grade cement (DALMIA/ ULTRATECH/RAMCO) ,M sand , 40mm HBG metal- (Approved quarry) including cost of cement, all materials, labour charges, curing, all leads, lifts, as per standard specification etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
