RACKING OUT OF LT MODULES FROM CUBICLES: Charges for the switching off the module ON/OFF switch –Racking out the module in the cubicle and take out the module from cubicle- removing the LT module using trolley and keeping safe place. Put LC/permission board in the cubicle.

RACKING IN LT MODULES IN TO CUBICLES: Charges for checking and confirming the module power switch off condition, lifting the module using trolley and putting the module in the cubicle,racking in the module into the cubicle service position switch on the module power ON/OFF switch- removing the LC/permission board from the cubicle.

Charges for checking the Auxiliary contactor status in relay panel during trip times and informing to operator. After clearing the trip cause, checking the healthiness of the system and informing to operator.

SERVICING OF AUXILLARY CONTACTOR: Charges for switch off the conveyor system Switch gear equipment as permitted by operator as and when required, taking out the control fuse of the respective conveyor system which require for servicing the Auxiliary Contactors at relay panel- Determinating the wires in auxiliary contactors servicing the auxiliary contactors with molykote (carbon cleaning agent) and again restoring the removed wires in the respective terminals of auxiliary contactor-put the control fuse in relay panel and switch ON the respective Switch gear equipment and checking the healthiness.

Charges for racking out the LT modules from the panel removing from its position, removal of coal dust deposited over all electrical components such as power contactors, auxiliary contactors, fuse switch, control fuse holders, CT ammeter, selector switch, indicating lamp holders, control transformer, power and control wiring and etc., by using blower/ vacuum cleaners/ cleaning brush- removing the power contactors arc chute, auxiliary contactor top cover and cleaning the carbon deposition over the fixed and moving contacts by using good quality electrical contact cleaner (molykote) tightness checking of all bolts & nuts, power and control wiring in the components- reassembling the contactor arc chute and top covers in the respective places and after completion of work checking the IR values of wirings and racking in the LT modules to the panel and put into service position and for checking the operating condition of the module. including assistance for the shift operator round the clock in shift duty in the locations CHS-V Size 3 Modules 30 KW & Above – 41 Nos

"Size 1 Modules up to 10 KW – 46 Nos

"Size 0 Modules Switch fuse type – 87 Nos

Charges for racking out LT Breakers from the panel-removing from its position -removal of coal dust deposited over all electrical components and mechanism parts by blower/ vacuum cleaner/ brush removing the arc chute and cleaning the coal dust, carbon scale deposited over the main and arching contact and all the electrical components internal wiring with high quality carbon cleaner and lubricating the breaker mechanism- tightness checking of all bolts and nuts, internal wiring with components - reassembling the LT Breakers- after completion of work racking in the LT Breakers into the panel and check the operating conditions- 5 Nos.including cost of consumables, hire charges for T&Ps etc., complete.

Charges for removal of coal dust from the outer surface of the Transformer body, between the cooling fins, conservator tank and control Junction box blower/ vacuum cleaner-cleaning of earth resistance box and Bucholz relay, oil level and winding temperature indicator, terminals in transformer-earth pit condition etc.,- 7 Nos. including cost of consumables, hire charges for T&Ps etc., complete.

Charges for removal of coal dust from the outer surface of the 100 KVA LIGHTING transformerbody,over the core and windings by blower/ vacuum cleaner tightness checking of the primary and secondary windings and distribution panel board. After completion of the work, checking the IR value monthly one time - 4 Nos transformer including cost of consumables, hire charges for T&Ps etc., complete.

Charges for complete cleaning the cubicles and vacuum contactor's tightness, checking in all the control wirings and power joints, servicing the auxiliary switch, checking the operations of indication system- 9 Nos. including cost of consumables, hire charges for T&Ps etc., complete.
