Providing Micro concrete for 75mm thickness: a) Applying One coat of Nito Zinc/equivalent primer after thorough cleaning of rust in the reinforcement rate including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. b) Providing fabricating and erecting slurry tight from work with plywood shutters with suitable supports, which do not deform (or) micro concrete for pedestals including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, head load etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. c) Providing micro concrete using Rendroc RG (or) equivalent as per manufactures specifications. This mixed micro concrete should be placed continuously for an average thickness of 75mm including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. d) Applying One coat of Polymer modified Acrylic Emulsion (Nito bond AR or equivalent) in the etc., including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift pedestals etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Providing protective coating of special type of two part polymer blend epoxy coating using free Mastic G316 over the floor, walls and ceiling of the ash water Reservoir of Unit V as per manufacturer's specification including removal all laitance and mortar over the surface, surface preparation using wire-brush, grinding machines/chipping hammers, through washing of surface with ordinary portable water and applying two coats of special polymer blend epoxy using brush/roller as required to ensure a minimum total thickness of 250 microns.
