Charges for impeller/ shaft sleeve/oil seal changing -isolate the suction valve - removing the v belts- dismantling the slip on coupling and suction fittings - removing the casing - dismantling the impeller- dismantling the shaft assembly - cleaning - inspection - renewal of worn out spares like impeller/shaft/oil seal if necessary - reassembling the impeller, shaft assembly and casing- connecting the slip on coupling and suction fittings- refixing the V belts - carrying alignment work- opening the suction valve- putting the pump into service inclusive cost of T& Ps and consumables

Charges for casing changing / repairing-isolate the suction valve - removing the v belts- dismantling the slip on coupling, suction and discharges fittings- dismantling the pump parts, one by one - dismantling the casing - inspection- cleaning - reassembling the pump parts and new casing/repaired casing- connecting the slip on coupling suction and discharge fittings- reassembling the v belts - opening the suction valve - putting the pump into service inclusive cost of T& Ps and consumables.

Charges for fabrication of 398 - 364 mm / 324mm flanged reducer- Fabrication of 398 - 364 flanged reducer - This involves (a) fab of reducer (welding 245Kg ) (b) Fab of 535 mm OD, 364 mm ID /25 mm thick, 28 mm/32 mm Holes Dia, No of holes 12 Nos, PCD 476mm MS flanges. (c) Welding of the above flange with reducer.(d) fabrication of 398- 364 mm/324mm MS reducer in 12mm thick MS pipe and welding of stiffener plates of 12mmthick, 150 mm long all around the reducer inclusive cost of T& Ps and consumables.

Charges for fabrication of discharges adopter: This involves fabrication of (a) 635 mm OD 364 ID 20 /25 thick 32 mm dia holes 16 Nos. at 565 mm PCD flange-1 No (b) 500 x400 and inner dimension 300 x250 with 28 mm wide slotted holes (a) fabrication and welding both (a) and (b) with 750 cut MS plate. Fabrication and welding of flange New / SH inclusive cost of T& Ps and consumables.

Charges for fabrication of delivery valve adopter set - This involves fabrication of 533 mm OD, 365 mm ID 20 /25 thick MS Flange with 12 Nos. of 28 mm Dia holes 476 mm PCD and welding the same with pipe – 2 Nos and fabrication of 635 mm OD , 365 mm ID 20 /25 mm thick MS flange with 32 dia holes 16 nos at 565 mm PCD and welding of the same with pipe 2 Nos inclusive cost of consumables, T&P hire charges.

Charges for fabrication of air release spool piece with studs for air release valve-This involves fabrication and welding of 635 mm OD, 364 mm ID 20 /25 mm thick 32 dia holes 16 Nos at 565 PCD with pipe of approximate 2 Nos of welding of 635 NB flanged stud for connecting air release valve inclusive cost of consumables, T&P hire charges.

Charges for dismantling and fixing of pipe sizes 250/200/150 NB pipes in Ash slurry pump house of Unit IV & V inclusive cost of consumables, T&P hire charges.

Charges for changing the worn out pipes of size 300/350 NB in Ash slurry pump house of Unit IV & V inclusive cost of consumables, T&P hire charges.

Charges for alignment checking of seal water pump- decoupling of pump and motor- fixing the dial gauge - carrying the alignment work - shim and rubber bush are to be replaced if necessary- removing the dial gauge- coupling of motor and pump - putting the pump into service inclusive cost of consumables, T&P hire charges.

Charges for cleaning of drain sump - dewatering of sump- lifting the wet ash collected in the sump manually from -3.5 mtr EL to ‘O’ mtr EL - transporting the collected wet ash to dumping site inclusive cost of consumables, T&P hire charges.

Charges for cleaning of Ash Slurry Sump - isolating the ash slurry sump by closing the spindle wheel trench gate -opening the top sump cover m.s.grill- lowering the submergible pump to ash slurry sump (- 8 Mtr) EL - emptying the ash slurry sump - providing temporary scaffolding around the suction mouth - cleaning the debris and slag - lifting the collected debris and slag from ash slurry sump (-8.5 mtr EL) to ground level (0 mtr EL)- transporting the lifted debris and slag to dumping area as per direction of engineer in charge - removing the temporary scaffolding - lifting the submergible pump - closing the top sump cover m.s. grill - opening the spindle wheel trench gate inclusive cost of consumables, T&P hire charges.

Charges for fabrication of cost basalt flanged spool piece- cutting of basalt lined pipe to required length - welding fabricated of 635 OD,450 ID, 32mm Dia holes, 16 Nos at 565 PCD 25/32 thick flanged to the pipe.-welding of the pipe requires almost caution to avoid welding heat spreading to basalt- avoided by constant cooling of the pipe by chipping the cement mortar and flooding the cavity created by water inclusive cost of consumables, T&P hire charges.

Charges for fabrication of suction adopter set for 2nd stage pumps.-Fabrication and welding of 635 OD, 364 ID 20 /25 mm thick 32 dia holes 16 Nos at 565 PCD flange with suitable pipe. Charges for renewal of base frame vertical support for drain pump with motor assembly - chipping out existing concrete platform and removing the worn out base frame and its vertical support erection of newly fabricated base frame and its supports inclusive cost of consumables, T&P hire charges.

Charges for renewal/Re-fixing of suction bend inside slurry sump- isolating the ash slurry sump by closing the spindle wheel trench gate -opening the ash slurry top cover m.s. grill- lowering the submergible pump from ground level (0 mtr) to ash slurry sump (- 8 Mtr) - emptying the ash slurry sump - providing temporary scaffolding around the suction mouth - dismantling the suction bend from mouth piece -lifting the dismantling suction bend from ash slurry sump (-8 mtr EL) to repair pay ground floor (0 mtr EL )- inspection - lowering of new/SH/repaired suction bend from ground floor (0 mtr EL ) to ash slurry sump (-8 mtr EL) -fixing the suction bend to its mouth piece (gasket, bolt & nut changed if necessary) - removing the temporary scaffolding - lifting the submergible pump to its location- closing the ash slurry top cover m.s grill - opening the spindle wheel trench gate - bringing back the ash slurry sump into service inclusive cost of consumables, T&P hire charges.

Charges for impeller inspection and clearance in ash slurry pump- isolate the suction valve - loosening the motor bed adjusting bolt and removing the V Belts - disconnecting of slip on coupling & suction and discharge fittings - inspecting the pump internals parts for any abnormality - loosening the bearing bed top cover- adjusting the front end clearance of impeller to required limit - tightening the bearing bed top cover - connecting the slip on coupling , suction and discharge fittings - fixing V belts and carrying alignment work - opening the suction valve- putting the pump into service inclusive cost of consumables, T&P hire charges.

Charges for replacement of pump and motor pulley in ash slurry pump / replacement of ‘V’ belts - releasing jack bolt of slurry pump and motor (Four sides of bed) releasing arrested supports and removing worn out belt from pump and motor pulley by providing new/ SH ‘V’ belts in the corresponding pulley groove , adjust the pump and motor by Tapper lock bush and positioning the pulley after required dimensions and tightening the jack bolt for uniform the belt tension - bringing back the pump into service inclusive cost of consumables, T&P hire charges.

Charges for puncture in sea water pipe lines and fittings by patch–up welding, Charges for arresting sea water leakagedue to puncture in sea water pipe lines and fittings by patch–up welding,inclusive cost of consumables, T&P hire charges.

Charges for dismantling the worn out adopter /reducer/spool piece after isolating the suction valves in suction & discharge line and erection of newly fabricated adopter /reducer/ spool piece in slurry suction and discharge line in its respective location and commissioning the line after opening the suction valves inclusive cost of consumables, T&P hire charges.

Charges for removal of settled ash slurry debris in ash slurry pump house working floor area including (-) 8 Mtrs elevation and collecting and removal of floating materials over 4 Nos slurry sumps and transporting to the disposal area as directed by engineer in charge inclusive cost of consumables, T&P hire charges.

Charges for overhauling of 1.0 m to 1.8 m height slide gate in ash slurry trenches inclusive cost of consumables, T&P hire charges.
