Charges for cleaning of pumps pipes lines and oil heating station in unit I to V 10 Nos. Heavy oil pumps, 6 Nos. Light oil pumps, 3 Nos. Sump pumps, 2 Nos Light oil transfer pumps, related light oil lines, steam lines checking the all bolts tightness for all the pumps, heater valves. Heavy oil leakage through valve gland from 10 Nos. pumps has to be collected periodically and poured in to sump. This work has to be performed regularly every day.

Charges for checking the oil leakages and condition and position of heavy oil pumping pipe line from IOC to FOPH (Ø of pipe 450 mm and 300 mm) approx. 1400 mtr and removing the inflammable material if any near the furnace oil pipe line day & night. Checking the oil leakages and condition and Position of heavy oil pumping pipe line from FOPH to Heating station I & II Unit – I, II & III approx. 650 mtr. cleaning and removal of inflammable material like cotton waste, wooden pieces, dry leaves and twigs in and around the furnace oil I & II and high speed diesel tank day & Night. Checking and cleaning of Air Vent pipe 3 nos at the top of furnace oil tank height of tank 16mtrs. (approx) and checking and cleaning of air vent pipe 3 nos at the top of HSD tank height of tank 12 mtrs. (approx.)Checking the tightness of flange joints, valve flange joints, gland bolt joints. Checking the PRDS outlet steam for heating station if any above the normal quantity control the steam by steam trap adjustment at FOPH – II.
