Removing the spalled/ distresed RCC from the existing concrete for an average thickness of 50mm, disposal of debris with a lead of 1 km and roughening the surface thoroughly with reebaklens fosroc acid/ equivalent with all lead, lift, labour, etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 75mm x 50mm (3mm thick) weld mesh in the damaged portions of the ceiling.

Providing Micro concrete for 75mm thickness a) Applying One coat of Nito Zinc/equivalent primer after thorough cleaning of rust in the reinforcement rate including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. b) Providing fabricating and erecting slurry tight from work with plywood shutters with suitable supports, which do not deform (or) micro concrete for pedestals including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, head load etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. c) Providing micro concrete using Rendroc RG (or) equivalent as per manufactures specifications. This mixed micro concrete should be placed continuously for an average thickness of 75mm including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. d) Applying One coat of Polymer modified Acrylic Emulsion (Nito bond AR or equivalent) in the etc., including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift pedestals etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.
