Charges for dismantling the damaged/ wornout hot air damper gearbox from hot air damper of coal mill A,B,D & E including charges for leading lifting and transportation to 0 mtr mill repair bay area inclusive of all T&P and consumable charges.

Charges for dismantling the hosing cover assembly of failed gearbox of hot air damper, cleaning & inspection of parts and internals like male and female housing body covers, drive shaft, worm wheel, worm gear with damper mounting hub, bearings, distance pice, DE clutch mechanism, NDE clutch mechanism, DE&NDE clutch cam sets etc., and reconditioning or renewal of worn out parts such as male and female housing body covers, drive shaft, worm wheel, worm gear with damper mounting hub, bearings, distance pice, DE clutch mechanism, NDE clutch mechanism, DE&NDE clutch cam sets etc… if necessary & finally reassembling the gearbox of hot air damper, checking free movement & operation of damper gearbox and clutch engagements for open / close operation using gear box manual operation & Pneumatic operation etc… including the charges for reconditioning/replacement of gearbox spares and transportation charges to outside workshop & T&P and consumable charges etc.,

Charges for leading, lifting, transporting of reconditioned hot air damper gear box to coal mill A,B,D & E, assembling with newly fabricated gearbox seating brackets, positioning with hot air damper and assembling with actuator mechanism, checking free operation of both manual and actuator open/close positioning and commissioning works including cost of all required T&Ps and consumables etc.,
