Removing the spalled/distressed concrete for an average thickness of 75mm including disposal of debris with a lead of 1 km and roughening the surface thoroughly with Reebaklens fosroc acid/ equivalent with all lead, lift, labour, etc complete.

Micro Concrete 75mm Thickness a. Applying One coat of Nito Zinc/equivalent primer after thorough cleaning of rust in the reinforcement rate including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. b. Providing fabricating and erecting slurry tight form work with plywood shutters with suitable supports, which do not deform due to micro concrete including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. c. Providing micro concrete Rendroc RG (or) equivalent as per manufacture's specifications. This mixed micro concrete should be placed continuously for an average thickness of 75mm including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. d. Applying one coat of polymer modified Acrylic Emulsion (Nito bond AR or equivalent) on the finished concrete surfaces as a curing membrane including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site.

Providing two coats of anticorrosive black paint to the newly plastered surface over a one coat of primer including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing addition temporary supports during vertical column rectification for preventing the structure collapse using available the MS channel from scrap, welding, fabrication and erection etc., completed. (MS scrap will be supplied from dept. free of cost). After completion of rectification works the scrap will be devoluted to stores.
