Racking out of LT modules from Cubicle:Charges for switching OFF the module ON/ OFF switch – Racking out the module in the cubicle and take out the module from cubicle – Removing the L.T module using Trolley and keeping at safe place – put L.C / permission board in the cubicle.

Racking in of L.T modules in to cubicles:Charges for checking and confirming the module power switch OFF condition – Lifting the module using trolley and putting the module in the cubicle – Racking in the module into the cubicle service position – Switch ON the module power ON/OFF switch – Removing the L.C & permission board from the cubicle.

Tracking the trip status of running conveyor system and normalizing as instructed by operator during load discharge from vessels. Charges for Checking the auxiliary contactor status in relay panel trip times and informing to operator – After cleaning the trip cause, checking the healthiness of the system and informing to operator.

Servicing of auxiliary contactors in relay panel. Charges for switching OFF the conveyor system switch gear equipment as permitted by operator as and when required – Taking out the control fuse of the conveyor system which require for servicing the auxiliary contact at relay panel – De-terminating the wires in auxiliary contactors servicing the auxiliary contractor with molykote (carbon cleaning Agency) and again restoring the removal wires in the respective terminals of auxiliary contactor – Put the control fuse in relay panel and switch ON the respective switch gear equipment and checking the healthiness.

Charges for recording the parameters of magnetic separators located at JT5E, conveyor 43 & 47. Charges for recording the parameters of running conveyors magnetic separators like voltage, current and magnetic healthiness. (Reading taken at the field conveyor 43, 47 & JT 5E).

HT Cubicles: A) Charges for dismantling the shutter lifting mechanism and breaker locking mechanism from the cubicle checking the condition of the lifting mechanism actuating plates, removing the bends in the actuating plate if necessary, replacing the worn out bearing provided in the shutter arrangements, removing the fiber shutters from the vertical guide rods cleaning the carbon dust deposited over the shutters with molykote and painting the shutter, cleaning the vertical guide rods (2nos) removing the coal dust deposited over the rod with N. C thinner and assembling the shutter in the original place of the vertical guide rod, applying new grease for the movement of the shutter and lifting mechanism, similarly correcting the bend in the locking mechanism and cleaning the dust deposited with use of N.C thinner, after completion of all above said works proper alignment checking the conditions by placing in to service position. B) Disconnecting the multi pin socket wires and removing the multi pin socket assembly cleaning the plug insertion hole, socket, TB’s positioning and assembling in the original position, connecting the removed wires of multi pin in the respective terminals, disconnecting the service position and test position limit switch wires, releasing the limit switches from its position servicing the limit actuation striker (roller rod) with molykote wires in the respective terminals of limit switch, checking the conditions. C) Complete disconnecting the wire in the TB’s about (64nos) and in auxiliary relays like 52 A, 52B, 33S, 33T, 94 (Antidumping relay), 74 Trip supervision relay, 86 (Motor protection relay), Ammeters 3nos, current transformers-3nos, Breaker control switch (52LCS), control fuse holders 12nos, MC 1no, Main DC ON/OFF DPDT slector switch on No. indicating lamp holders 5nos control reay (contact multiplier)-2nos, and local /remote selector switch, servicing all the spares released from the cubicle (i.e) removing rust formed over the terminals with N.C thinner cleaning the relay complete, assembling all the removed relays, TB’s and indicating lamp holders in its position and again re-termination of the released wires with respective positioning, if necessary replacing the spare (to be supplied by board) and dressing the wires in the true, then after completion of all the above works checking the conditions to the satisfaction of field Engineer in charge including cost of consumables, hire charges for T&Ps etc., complete.

LT Switch Gear: Charges for complete cleaning the LT module wirings, after disconnecting all the power and control circuit, wiring from the components like power contactor, switches, fuse carrier sets, over load relays, current transformers, auxiliary contactors, indicating lamps, timers, power isolating contacts, control isolating contacts and complete servicing of the above said equipments with molykote N.C thinner as need, if necessary replacing the worn out indicating holders also, checking all the switch gear components for healthy assessment, servicing the guide rollers and lubricating the same and applying petroleum jelly over the isolating contacts.

HT breakers: Charges for removing of terminal covers, rack out the HT breaker from the panel, remove from its position, removal of carbon in all electrical component, moving/ fixed contacts, protection CTs with molykote, tightness checking of all bolts and nuts, internal wiring with components, checking the SF6 gas level and gas filling up, checking of spring charges motor condition, after completion of work breaker racked inside the panel and put into service position , checking the healthiness of the breaker including assistance shift operator round the clock in shift duty in the location CHS-III,

Charges for cleaning of high voltage insulation mat and appropriate moping with floor cleaner / appropriate moping in control room floors and HT/LT switchgear floors.

Charges for complete cleaning the cubicles and Vacuum contactor’s tightness checking in all the control wirings and power joints servicing the auxiliary switch checking the operations of indication system.
