Supply, installation, operation, testing, commissioning and acceptance including warranty for one year period and comprehensive AMC for operation and maintenance services for 5 years concurrently for fixed cellular terminal machine, 308 EPABX machine of reputed make with ISI/IEC standard, connection of the both machine using Coaxial cable, provision of 1 no telephone instrument at the dam control room and connection of the telephone instrument using 2 core telephone cable wiring by inserting in the 20 mm dia UPVC pipe of finolex or equivalent make and clamping along the wall up to the control room etc of any reputed make with ISI standard to improve the communication facility to the dam control room to the satisfaction of the Engineer at site including cost of materials, labour, lead, lift etc complete.

Training program for the staff of Purchaser that covers all aspects related to the installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of components. The training will include field training on proper data acquisition methods and classroom training on data management. Training will be conducted at the field and office locations selected by the Purchaser. Appropriate training courses shall be conducted by the experts. Training shall be provided by the bidder in several phases. The bidder is required to have hydro-meteorological, geodetic, geotechnical & Seismic equipment specialists for training classes. The training shall include: (I) User Training Course for field Engineers for maximum of 20 participants in various sessions (II) User Training Course including Operation & Maintenance course for working staff. Course topics will include; sensor calibration, data logger configuration, data downloading, data retrieval, collection, compilation, processing, maintenance requirements, & procedures for equipment configuration, installation, site testing & commissioning for maximum of 20 participants in various sessions. The training course will take place at employer’s requirement.. The Bidder will facilitate the professional and the training material. On-the-job training will be provided by the Bidder in conjunction with the installation of hydro-meteorological, geodetic, geotechnical & Seismic installations and during the course of maintenance as required. These trainings will be repeated every year during warranty & Comprehensive Operation and Maintenance Contract periods for refreshing the trained staff and training additional staff. The Bidder shall be capable of providing additional training on request of the Client as required. The classroom training, hands on experience and troubleshooting will be prepared as video for easy access and will be posted on the web. All training modules will be also provided as a media file (Windows Media Player Compatible) on a USB Drive. Five copies on five separate media shall be required. The supplier should provide training on operation, maintenance and calibration of the seismograph and accelerograph at factory for concern TANGEDCO Engineers and one CSIR-NGRI, Hyderabad officer. Training should employ database management software that is normally used by TANGEDCO personnel. Costs of travel, transportation, boarding, lodging & per diem for training of Purchaser’s staff should be quoted by the bidder etc,.

Labour charges for Technical services personal BE (EEE/ECE) Passed with adequate knowledge in Computer /dam instruments operations for IT Engineer with minimum 3 years of relevant experience responsible for maintenance of rack server, redundancy server for data backup, location wise reports, preparing monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual reports, frequent testing and maintenance of real time monitoring system and software during comprehensive operation and maintenance for a period of 5 years in 24 hours as per the contract condition etc,.
