Providing special type platform to access the Re-heater coils for the entire re heater bottom area and back pass screen tube area for facilating Oxide scale thickness measurement and renewal of oxide scale formed tubes. The charges for transportation of scaffolding materials and consumables to the boiler rear arch slope area, erecting the (64mtrs height x 3 mtrs width) scaffolding and temporary platform for facilitating attending the above work. After completion work, removing the scaffolding and temporary platform from the area and shifting back the scaffolding materials. Charges inclusive of T&P's and consumables.

Replacing of Oxide scale deposited tubes /bends by new bends/ tubes : Cutting and removing of Oxide scale deposited front re-reheater tubes / bends by arc cutting by using special electrodes for a affected length portion from the coil assembly, edge preparation of tube ends , Positioning and new tubes/ bends by tag welding. Welding the tube joint with IBR welder.(argon gas, welding generator, TIG set and special welding electrodes will be the scope of contractor.) Charges inclusive of cost of consumables and T&Ps.

Supply of Various sizes of Boiler pressure parts bends suitable for Front Re-Heater coils of 600WM unit- I Boiler (As per the enclosed drawing), Note All the supply tubes should satisfy the following condition:- A). IBR Test Certificate in form - III B to be Furnished. B). Material test certificate I.E., Chemical Composition / Mechanical properties of the mateiral should be tested and furnished with relevant standards in Government / Goverment accredited laboratory. The testing method and test result with reference limits, etc., shall be furnished in the test certificate. C). The material quality such as chemical coposition is to be ensured by the supplier using material analyser in the presence of board engineer at NCTPS-II. Necessaery highly specialized PMI instruments should be arrange by the supplier at this own cost. D). All tubes are to be painted with primer coating and provided with end caps.
