Periodical Overhauling works for VIP Lift, Service Building Lift (Passenger Lifts) capacity 680 Kg. and Station Building Lift (goods cum Passenger lifts) capacity o 1020 kg. (say once in a month for every lift) Work involves:- a) Periodical examination, lubrication, minor adjustments for all functioning & moving parts. b) Cleaning of motors, controllers, sensors, limit Switches, oscillator switches, timers and relays. c) Rectification of the electrical components like push buttons, floor position indicators, limit switches, oscillator switches, timer boards, relays, etc. if found defective d) Rectification of mechanical components like door locks, door beads, door rollers, Gibbs, guide shoes, bearings etc., if found defective. e) Periodical examination and lubrication of all safety devices and governors such as rope greasing etc., f) All Mechanical & Electrical spares will be supplied by TANGEDCO (The required mechanical and electrical spares value upto Rs.500/- to be applied by the contractor only)
